Pacavillage is a fully restored farm that maintains its old charm but adds facilities that will make your holiday a time to remember. The house has been converted into two (or three) fully sound-proof independent apartments . The house can be rent as a whole or each apartment can be rent individually or in combination. Ideal for large families or families of friends. Two flats are connected (our pacavillage website details) and each is ensured of maximum tranquillity. The house has access to a south facing swimming pool, which opens at the end of May. Guests can spend a wonderful time walking in the forest, cycling, horse riding. The property is home to the suri alpaca, a special animal breed from Peru, and borders historic path no 5 used by romans 2000 years back. Down the valley, the Arnata river, which itself flows into the Tiber river and down to Rome.

Facilities offered depend on the apartment you book. Each apartment offers at least a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, and a kitchen/lounge and access to a terrace. A short drive South from Perugia airport and 1.5 hours North from Rome airports, just 5 minutes drive from the centre of Todi, 600 yards from the Vasciano village in an absolute tranquil place surrounded by hills yet near all facilities and the most ancient and historic Italian sites. From here Orvieto is to the west, Amelia to the south, Perugia, Assisi, Deruta to the north, Spoleto and the Marmore falls to the east, all about equidistant, circa 20-30 minutes drive whilst Florence to the North, Rome to the South, Arezzo to the West and Spoleto to the East all lie within the 100 - 120 Km. range. Alpacas are just a few meters away in their own compound.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Please consult our pacavillage website for costs over the full period depending on the accommodation you require and over the Easter and Christmas periods.

    Included in the price for the full house: weekly rental, electricity, water & hot water, weekly change of linen and end of stay cleaning. In winter, there will be an additional small charge for heating. Payment of 30% non refundable on reservation, balance due four weeks before rental period unless otherwise arranged. In the event of cancellation up to two weeks before rental period, 50% will be reimbursed. There will be no refund for cancellations made up to two weeks before start of rental period. Each rental unit, if rent separately, calls for a 50 Euros end of stay cleaning charge.

    A guarantee of 100 Euro is collected on arrival for flats 1 and 2. Flat 3 will call on a deposit guarantee of 500 Euros. Deposits will be refunded on departure, subject to inventory check and deductions of any damage.

It has a large swimming pool (5 * 10 meters), a large park, an alpaca compound (about 8 acres) and large terraces. Each apartment is fully independent. The two inter-linkable apartments can host up to 7 people, the other apartment up to 5 people. The washing machine is located in a technical room that can be accessed from the outside.
