This old stone farmhouse sits on top of a hill with a fabulous view of the medieval Todi centre and of the surrounding countryside.' S. Angiolo' is a ten minutes drive to the centre of Todi, 30 minutes from Orvieto, Perugia and Assisi and 1.5 hours from both Rome and Florence. Scrupolous and careful restoration works were completed in Summer 2002 using only old materials; from the terra-cotta roof to the wooden beam and terra-cotta tile ceilings, including the beautifully hand-painted bathroom and kitchen tiles. Antiques and nice paintings complete the refined furnishing.

Interior layout

GROUND FLOOR: Studio room with en-suite guest bathroom with shower. Twin bedroom (convertible in double)with en-suite bathroom and independent access. Very large sitting room elegantly furnished with big fireplace (sitting comfortably 18 people); adjacent welcoming large dining room with dining table sitting 12 people, and big fireplace; country style kitchen equipped with: five fire ring stove, maxi-oven (90 cm.) no-frost large refrigerator and freezer, latest dish-washer and microwave, wooden dining table sitting 8 people ideal for breakfast .A laundry equipped with: washing-machine, large wash basin,dryer,ironing board, additional gas stove with oven completes the ground floor.

FIRST FLOOR: Two double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (1 shower, 1 bathtub). Twin bedroom with large walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom (shower). Sauna room with shower. SECOND FLOOR (TOWER): Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with an extra large shower. All the showers are fitted with stainless steel and crystal doors. All rooms are connected by an intercom phone system.

Outside facilities

The house is surrounded by three fully furnished patios with tables sofas, armchairs and chairs (wooden or wicker) and an outside fireplace. There is also a pergola with a 4,50 m. dining table. Swimming pool 14 x 7 m. with night lightening. Next to the pool: an outdoor kitchenette with barbecue, gas stove and wash basin and a refrigerator. Large furnished gazebo and changing room plus bathroom with shower. Wide parking area. The surrounding land of 3,5 acres is planted with 130 olive trees, an orchard and extremely well-kept garden, full of ornamental plants and it is completely fenced-in.
