Foresterie in an area of 700 acres mainly covered with forests & crossed by over 20km of scenic paths on Mount Pausillo, at 500mt which makes it one of the most pleasing, refreshing destination even in hot summer; ideal place for those who wish to stay in peace & relaxation, in a property surrounded by trees & to the pleasure of listening to the sounds of the wood; close to bowling game field, children playground, and 700mt from the swimming pool (10x5) ; offer fitness trail, fishing pond, bird-watching,mountains bikes, pic-nique area, ping-pong, soccer-table. From the top a panoramic view of Val di Chiana Valley you enjoy ranging from Trasimeno lake (10km), Chiusi Lake(10 km) & Montepulciano (25 km) & further on Cortona (35 km), Cetona (26 km), Città della Pieve (13 km) and Perugia (42 km) to Assisi (60 km).

First floor 64 sq m, 4 people. From the external staircase one enters the chestnut beamed ceiling, terracotta floor an comfortable sitting room with open fireplace furnished with stone benches and sofas. The kitchen is divided by a wall service hatch. The two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with a twin bed ( on King size on request) furnished with XVIII century furnishings and are extremely comfortable and welcoming. They are divided by a small corridor which connects to the shower room with tiled walk-in shower. Chess, bridge cards, and a large choice of english books are at the disposal of the guests. Firewood provided.t is close the bowling green and 700m from the pool. the flat have a parking area, an independent entrance, mosquito nets at the windows. An area of the garden is furnished for your fresco meal and with sun-beds to relax under the sun. Barbeque. The owner who lives in another house in the estate will confide you all the secrets of the region.

1. Take the motorway Autostrada del Sole A1 from Rome towards Florence or viceversa take the Chiusi-Chianciano exit. Drive to Chiusi. Follow the signs towards Perugia 2. Drive over the railroad bridge. 3- After about 5km you get to Moiano. Turn right at the sign Piegaro-Tavernelle and continue for 2,8km; you go past a ‘crossroad’ and ‘a dangerous left hand bend’ sign. 5- Immediately after the bend left, left onto a white road signposted ‘MIRALAGHI’ 6- Continue for 4km. Go through the gate guarded by two stone eagles. The road leads you first to the 'Le Foresterie' then Miralaghi guest house and after 600m to Po’ del Vento. Welcome!   • WEEKLY RATES: apply from Saturday to Saturday (on request the day can be changed). Please, plan to arrive between 4 and 7 p.m. and to depart before 11 am.
    RATES INCLUDE: bed, bathroom and kitchen linens and tableclothes, swimming-pool, gym-trail in the forest, bocce field, mountains bikes and fishing rods available upon receipt of a security deposit, firewood, garden furniture and BBQ, electricity and water consumption, the baby cot for the baby, baby-chair, and children play-garden.
    The extra bed until 10 years old is free
    RATES DO NOT INCLUDE: cleaning at check-out (50€), beach towel 4€ per week, heating gas use (3,50€ per cubic/meter); a security deposit of 150 which will be refunded at check-out time; small pets allowed at 15€ per week. Extra and luxury basket (45-75€).
  • For the booking before the 31 of Genuary for the low and the mid season we will applied a discount of 10%. or a discopunt of 10% on the second week. Or a discount of 10 % for all three weeks booking.

  • The house and than the bath have been restored in 1990 thei are all nice and confortable with a large shower in brickwork. Three towels for each persons are changed weekly

  • The bedrooms of Foresteria 1 are antiques with old wardrobe and tallboy, one with an old toilet-table, old beds but new bedsprings and mattresses, choose between a feather pillow or a normal one and eider-down quilts in winter. The twin’s bed can be transformed in a double bed. The window looks at the wood land and the olive's hill. Curtains are present in all bedrooms and nets are placed on all windows, so you can sleep with the windows opened during the summer. The nights are cool, the temperature excursions from day and night is of 10 degrees. At night time the temperature goes to 19- 20 degrees centigrade.

Endroit ideal pour se desintoxiquer de la vie citadine.
Paysages superbes, accueil chelereux, calme à volonté, bref un vrai lieu de vacances pour petits et grands.

Eleven of us have spent two wonderful weks in 3 of Foresteria apartments.
we have enjoyed the peace, ..?. daily 'trek'up and the the hill.

The wonderful food (thanks to Maria Luisa for introducing us to the truffles, liver paté & olive paste to accompany our Crostini), beautiful view, lazy days in hammoks reading, delicious wine and so many more things.
We hebben een hele leuke vakantie gehad in dit huisje. We ryn veel dorpjes gaan bekyken en natuurlyk gaan rwrmmen in het meer. ..Assisi is ook een heel mooi dorpje wy hadden it geluk dat er net een lente feest was Rome is natuurlyk ook leuk.
