Foresterie in an area of 700 acres mainly covered with forests & crossed by over 20km of scenic paths on Mount Pausillo, at 500mt which makes it one of the most pleasing, refreshing destination even in hot summer; ideal place for those who wish to stay in peace & relaxation, in a property surrounded by trees & to the pleasure of listening to the sounds of the wood; close to bowling game field, children playground, and 700mt from the swimming pool (10x5) ; offer fitness trail, fishing pond, bird-watching,mountains bikes, pic-nique area, ping-pong, soccer-table. Ground floor, 62 m2, 4 people. Entrance from the garden into the big sitting room/kitchen, with French - windows looking onto the woods. The double bedroom also has French-windows. Steps from the sitting-room lead to the landing with the bathroom (shower) and the twin room (one French bed and one full size single bed) to the door of Flat 4. HI-FI. Barbecue. The sun beds on the grass ensure longs hours of rest and sun, the Hammock for a shady 'siesta'. the swimming pool is about 600 mt far. the 'BOCCE' is close the house. There is a small lake where you can fish your own fish and 20 km of scenic path found in 700 acres overlooking the places where you can go easily for a visit: Cortona, Montepulciano, Assisi, Perugia , Lake Trasimeno, Chiusi Lake, Mount Amiata, Castiglione del Lago, Polvese Island etc. Foresteria 3 and Foresteria 4 can communicate to host 8 persons.

1. Take the motorway Autostrada del Sole A1 from Rome towards Florence or viceversa take the Chiusi-Chianciano exit. Drive to Chiusi. Follow the signs towards Perugia 2. Drive over the railroad bridge. 3- After about 5km you get to Moiano. Turn right at the sign Piegaro-Tavernelle and continue for 2,8km; you go past a ‘crossroad’ and ‘a dangerous left hand bend’ sign. 5- Immediately after the bend left, left onto a white road signposted ‘MIRALAGHI’ 6- Continue for 4km. Go through the gate guarded by two stone eagles. The road leads you first to the 'Le Foresterie' then Miralaghi guest house and after 600m to Po’ del Vento. Welcome!   • WEEKLY RATES: apply from Saturday to Saturday (on request the day can be changed). Please, plan to arrive between 4 and 7 p.m. and to depart before 11 am.
    RATES INCLUDE: bed, bathroom and kitchen linens and tablecloths, swimming-pool 5x10, THE NEW GYM-TRAIL, bocce field, ping-pong, table-football, mountains bikes and fishing rods available upon receipt of a security deposit, garden furniture and BBQ, electricity and water consumption, the baby cot for the baby, baby-chair, and children play-garden.. the extra bed for a kid under 10 year old.
    RATES DO NOT INCLUDE: cleaning at check-out (50€), beach towel 3,5€ per week, heating gas use (3,50€ per cubic/meter); a security deposit of 150 which will be refunded at check-out time; small pets allowed at 15 € per week. Extra and luxury basket (45-75€).
  • SPECIAL OFFER :
    Iif you do the reservation for the low and mid season before the 31 Jen 2010 we will offer a discount of 10%. We offer a discount of the 5% on the second week or for three weeks a discount of the 10% on the all period. It is not possible to cumulate the reductions.

  • The house and than the bath have been restored in 1990 their are all nice and comfortable with a large shower. Three towels for each persons are changed weekly. the shower is brickwork.

  • Both bedrooms are in liberty authentic furniture’s. The main double room with the extra large double bed can contain another bed. The other bedroom has a double bed (quenn-size) and a single bed. In all the rooms you can choice a down pillow or a normal one, eider-down quilts in winter. The french windows looks at the wood land.. The squirrels could be seen from them at the sunshine especially. Curtains in all the bedrooms and net at the windows, so you can sleep with the windows opened during the summer. The night is cool, because we are on 500mt on the sea level, and it's always 4-5 degrees less than in the valley during the summer and 4-5 degrees more in winter. The temperature excursions from day & night is of 10 degree. ammocks outside, sunbeds, a wood table to eat outside. The 'bocce field ', and one of the children playgarde are close the house.

We spent 3 weeks at foresteria 3 last summer and enjoyed everything very much. The appartement is very nice with beautiful furnitures and everything we needed.
The drive to the house ist unsurfaced, but you can manage it easyly with normal car.
To the pool you have to walk a few meters, but that doesn't matter.
You are quiet alone in the nature with only a few other guests. We met very nice people from all over Europe. Everybody is interesseted going for sightseeing. There are a lot of nice and beautiful towns and places around.
We went by train for one day to Rome. That was a very nice trip.
If you have a problem, you can ask Maria Luisa. She helps with good advices for restaurants, attractions, markets and trips.
We will come back. Many thanks to Maria Luisa.

Endroit ideal pour se desintoxiquer de la vie citadine.
Paysages superbes, accueil chelereux, calme à volonté, bref un vrai lieu de vacances pour petits et grands.

Eleven of us have spent two wonderful weks in 3 of Foresteria apartments.
we have enjoyed the peace, ..?. daily 'trek'up and the the hill.

The wonderful food (thanks to Maria Luisa for introducing us to the truffles, liver paté & olive paste to accompany our Crostini), beautiful view, lazy days in hammoks reading, delicious wine and so many more things.
We hebben een hele leuke vakantie gehad in dit huisje. We ryn veel dorpjes gaan bekyken en natuurlyk gaan rwrmmen in het meer. ..Assisi is ook een heel mooi dorpje wy hadden it geluk dat er net een lente feest was Rome is natuurlyk ook leuk.
