Only 10 mins from the Città della Pieve and Tavernelle of Perugia for quick and easy reach of Chiusi, Perugia, Siena, Cortona, Orvieto etc. Comfortably furnished and with beautiful views. Surrounding villages and towns boast plenty of architectural delights including museums and galleries, restaurants, shops and bars. Rome and Florence 1¼ hour away. Assisi is 45 minutes away by car.

Golf: Lamborghini Golf course is 20 minutes drive and Perugia Golf course is 30 minutes drive. Skiing: Mount Amiata ski resorts are one hour away. Special interest holidays: Italian private lessons are available 1 hour 30 euros. Also you can rent the landlord Fiat Punto car at 20 euros a day and this includes being picked up from Chiusi-Chianciano station if necessary.

A quiet, idyllic property which would suit those wishing to get away from it all.
Amenities were good and the property was in good order, very clean and comfortable.
The owner was the perfect host and was extremely helpful to answer any questions asked.
The situation was perfect for what we wanted - far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet but near enough to restaurants, railway station, road links and places of interest.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this little bit of paradise and wouldn't hesitate in recommending it to anyone thinking of going.
