The country house Villa Finetti is an ex monastery renewed, immersed in the wonderful Umbrian's landscape. It is near the medieval town of Gubbio, one of the most beautiful in all Italy, and where in may there is one of the most ancient festival called' festa dei ceri' from which Umbria region takes his symbol. Villa Finetti is situated 5 km from Gubbio in the nice countryside full of hills and green, it has apartments of different width, every apartment with a lot of green outside (ideal for meals out) and with all the comforts: TV, swimming pool in summer, tennis table, little soccer and volley field, mountain bike rent, bowls play.

Villa Finetti is 5 km from Gubbio, which was an important Etruscan centre at first, and roman back then. A testimony of this is very interesting, you can find it in 'teatro Romano’. But in the Middle Ages, Gubbio reached its top and is from this period that remains a well preserved medieval town. Gubbio is a very bold medieval town born like Etruscan, then important roman centre, and finally a wonderful medieval town well preserved until today. There are museums of Etruscan, ad very nice roman theatre, a nice museum in the cathedral. In the 15 of May there is one of the most beautiful medieval festivals ' festa dei ceri’, symbol of Umbria. In June and August there is the medieval crossbow challenge with other cities, naturally there is a very nice and gentle nature to see with a lot of hills similar to Toskana ones.
