Near Lake Trasimeno in Umbria, surrounded by fields and hills, our recently renovated historic stone farmhouse, in complete harmony with nature, is an elegant rural residence. Comfort, tradition, attention to detail, nature and relaxation are what make your stay with us an extraordinary experience. The farmhouse is full equipped. Our guests can choose a large apartment in the main building or a detached house for more privacy. Facilities: air conditioner, TV SAT, large park and garden, outside illumination, Internet point, credit cards accepted. Guests have access to a large pool, children’s pool, barbecue and brick oven for dinner 'al fresco', mountain bikes are available to enjoy the tranquility of the natural Mediterranean scenery. The surrounding groves of over 3,000 olive trees give life to the extra virgin olive oil D.O.P. ZIRAIOLO. We organize many activities (Italian language and Culture courses, cooking courses, oil and wine tasting, etc).

This small villa is independent from the rest of the Agriturismo. It is very charming and the right place if you wish more privacy. The area surrounding this small villa is reserved and allows you to have meal under the olive tree shadow with privacy. The entrance opens on a very large living room with a fireplace on a corner and a full equipped kitchenette. The bedroom with a double bed and a single bed is on the loft, with wooden beams, as well as the bathroom with cabin shower. A very relaxing and romantic place, with direct access to the pool.
