Notes to the rental rates

• 2nd June - 8th September- €1900 per week. Please enquire for reductions for longer stays and dates outside these periods that would be charged at €1500 per week.
  Payments can be made by credit card or by bank transfer into our UK, Euro, or New Zealand bank accounts. A breakage deposit is required on arrival at the villa. Please contact us and we will provide further details. Last minute bookings and payments can be made with us in Italy.
  
• A deposit of 30% must be made to confirm a booking. The balance must be paid at least 60 days before the booked arrival date. We will refund the deposit if cancellations are made more than 60 days before departure. Please take out travel insurance, any cancellations made after 60 days before your arrival date will be be non refundable.
  
• The house is cleaned before your arrival, mid weekly and on your departure. Extra cleaning and a change of linen and towels can be arranged for an additional charge of €40.

Further Information

The pool measuring 7 x 3 metres maintains a warm temperature as it has all day sun. It has a depth of between 1.20 metres and 1.80 metres. Because the pool is not fenced within the property, younger children will need to be closely supervised.

Please note RyanAir flies into Perugia, which is less than 40 minutes drive away. RyanAir also fly into Ancona, which is two hours away. Rome is an hour and a half away and Florence is just over two hours away. (Approx driving times in moderate traffic).
