Country house near Todi and Orvieto with a pool and a panoramic view

The main house develops on 2 floors: The upper floor is composed of a salon with fire-place, a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two double bedrooms and a shower bath. Every room is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables with reading lights, a wooden wardrobe, heating. Still fitted in a corner is also the original stone sink used by the rural families who lived this room as kitchen and common space. The ground floor is composed of a large pine kitchen with fire-place, fully fitted with kitchen furniture, dish-washer, electric oven, toaster, boiler and fridge with freezer, a small room with two single beds, wardrobe and bedside tables, and a large salon. All the rooms can be accessed from outside and have a wonderful view on the green surroundings. On the other side of the kitchen, there is also a room overlooking the valley, with toilet and washing machine.
