La Veduta farmhouse is the perfect name for this property because of its spectacular setting. It is located on the grounds of an historic estate within a 15-minute drive from Orvieto. From the grounds of the property there is an unbelievable view of Orvieto - its magnificent cathedral, medieval walls and incredible position on the top of a hill. La Veduta is a welcoming and inviting farmhouse ideal for a family or a group of friends who want to experience a traditional Umbrian country dwelling. It has been restored with its origins in mind and the original terracotta floors and working fireplace in the kitchen remain. The ceilings are all wood beamed. The furniture is very comfortable and tasteful. Excellent modern conveniences. Ensuite bathrooms for every bedroom+ a separate bathroom for the large et exclusive swimming pool. Near to riding school only 1km away and 15 minutes driving from a local flight centre where you can experience a spectacular flight with private gliders.

La Veduta (The View) farmhouse with a splendid view on the Orvieto's Cathedral immersed in the green country of Umbria very quiet et peaceful place, with a piscine (m.14X7) encircled by thick woods of olive trees but near many historical towns abounding in work of italian ancient art: Orvieto, Bolsena with its bathing lake, Todi, Perugia, Assisi, Città della Pieve ecc. and also Viterbo, BagniVignone and Chiusi with thermal baths, and whorm piscine. Very comfortable house with every modern comfort, near tourist towns with shopping centres, postal office, pharmacy, bank, bar, café, supermarket, and many traditional wineshops and Orvieto doc wine good cellars, and traditional alimentary shops and elegant and traditional original shops and museum etc. etc.
