Two bedrooms and bathroom are located upstairs. Sunny terrace and garden for dining, relaxing, playing. The house nestles in the hills behind Moiano, between Chiusi and Castiglione del Lago. Citta della Pieve, Montepulciano, Siena, Perugia, Cortona, are all within easy reach, making the house an excellent base for exploring the sights of Tuscany and Umbria, especially the small towns around Lake Trasimeno. Dip into the Italian renaissance, or browse the markets. Combine this with days of gentle walking in the woods and country lanes, collecting blackberries. Swimming, sailing and windsurfing at nearby Lake Trasimeno for the more energetic tourist.

It is quiet and peaceful, but only two kilometres to the village amenities: Bank, pharmacy, Spar, bakery, gelateria, etc. The immediate area offers gentle walks through woods and vineyards, with the opportunity to explore the medieval towns of Tuscany and Umbria, or Lake Trasimeno, which offers a range of sporting activities, or simply relaxing by the lake. The scenery is superb in any season.

Our vacation was splendid! The communication with the owner and with the agent at site was great. Very polite and accurated.
The house was like the description, nice interior and big garden with fruit trees.
I'm missing a pool when the temp. is more than 35gr C.
But that's a detail.
