Notes to the rental rates

• PRICES INCLUDE:
  Linen change once weekly, welcome parcel with first necessity items.
  Electricity. Wood for fireplaces and barbecue.
  Heating (only necessary from Oct. to April) and Telephone bill (mobile available for free on request) are extra.
  There is an extra of Euro 300 a week for: the maid service, 3 hours 3 days a week, the garden maintenance and the pool cleaning 3 days a week.
  Long-stay rates available, please enquire.

• Owners often live in a separate apartment on the property and are always willing to help guests to enjoy their holiday.

There is also a delightful, fully equipped apartment that sleeps 4/5, with separate entrance and drive which can be rented when the owners are in the main villa themselves. It has: a sitting room/ kitchen area with sofa-bed, a wooden loft overlooking the sitting room area with a double bed, a double bedroom overlooking the gardens, a spacious bathroom with tub and shower and washing machine, private portico with table for dining outside, satellite TV, electric fan, independent heating, all linen and cooking equipment included. Guests are welcome to pool and gardens. BED AND BREAKFAST service is available in periods of the year when the villa is not for rent. There is a stunning spacious breakfast room with vaulted ceilings, original stone paving and fireplace. There is also Satellite TV for our guests’ moments of relax. Each room has ensuite bathroom, fan, television and French windows that open on the garden. Inside parking area.

The owner is an expert Dressage and Show Jumping rider and trainer as well as a well known Federal Instructor and National Dressage Judge. Collinablu offers you the chance of an unique holiday. For adults the peace and quiet of this enchanting , secluded place. With the possibility of hacks in the surrounding countryside of sunflower and grain fields and also the chance to take part in Dressage and Show Jumping Clinics. You will appreciate the wonderful sunsets over the lake, the perfume of flowers in the air, the sight of our horses grazing in their fields. For children a special place where to make friends with dogs, cats, horses and foals. With lots of space to play, swing and other outside games and our Pony Club where they can take riding lessons and enjoy hacks in the countryside.
