  • The house is 500 metres from an exclusive Country Resort, under the same ownership, which it shares the swimming pool with. The Country Resort has a poolside cafè, bar service, as well as a little restaurant that is open in the evenings to residents and 'Res Antiqua' guests.

    On request, a highly qualified 'personal shopper' can take the guests on interesting shopping tours in Florence or Rome, or accompany them on fascinating food & wine tours.

'Res Antiqua' is an extremely spacious country house. On the ground floor the main living room with a stone fireplace is divided by an arch from the dining area (seats 14) and there are 2 further living rooms and a kitchen. A small study can be used as a single bedroom if required. On the first floor there is a spacious kitchen with large fireplace, dining room (seats 12) and 2 further living rooms, one with a very big stone fireplace. The property has independent entrances to the ground and first floor, making it ideal for two parties holidaying together. The garden has a separate dining loggia and there is a terraced dining area on the first floor, both with beautiful lake views. Two double rooms and a single room on the ground floor have en suite bathrooms and upstairs the sleeping accomodation is divided into 2 seperate areas, each comprising 2 double/twin rooms and a bathroom. All bedrooms have lake views.
