Appartamento Belvedere is a light and spacious modern apartment with swimming pool , approx. 1km from the Baroque town of Martina Franca, famous for its annual international music festival. Up to six people can be accommodated (there is also a fold-up bed suitable, if required, for an extra child). This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom luxury apartment occupies the ground floor of our family villa and is situated in a prestigious, private residential area for local families - ideal if you do not wish to be too isolated from Italian life. The apartment has its own, independent entrance and plenty of secure parking. Being centrally-placed in Puglia, Appartamento Belvedere is an ideal base from which to explore this lovely and unspoilt region of Italy, being close to many of the tourist attractions such as the fascinating towns of Alberobello, Cisternino, Ostuni and the beaches of Torre Canne on the Adriatic sea, and also the beaches of the Ionian Sea. It is perfect for a relaxing family holiday.

Notes to the rental rates

• A 25% deposit is payable, by bank transfer, to secure booking with the remainder payable 8 weeks before the start of your holiday (also by bank transfer). Last minute bookings are payable in cash on arrival. Please email for details of long-term, out of season lets (minimum one month). Please note that a land line telephone with broadband Internet access, gas central heating and log fire are all available for this type of let (payable separately). So why not consider a long let whilst you look for a property to buy or whilst you have renovation work done on your own property?

Why not escape from those dull days in the UK and benefit from some Puglian sunshine or have a relaxing Christmas away from it all and enjoy the excellent local food and wine?

Entertainment

If you require any basic food shopping to be done prior to your arrival, this can easily be arranged. Likewise, if you would like a simple meal of cold meats, local cheeses, salad, desert and a bottle of wine to be provided for your arrival evening, we will happily oblige (cost of food/wine to be paid for on arrival). We have a modest selection of DVDs, including some specialist Italian classics for the film buff. There is also a collection of maps and guide books and a small library of English language (and Italian) novels which guests are welcome to borrow during their stay. We can also give advice about places to visit and things to see, should you require a little help.
