Cosy studio with partial sea view, extremely convenient because of its dimensions and definitely geared to the youngest. This renovated apartment has a surprisingly well equipped kitchenette (fridge/freezer, oven, gas cooker, dishwasher), a dining-living area with table, queen bed-settee, wardrobe, desk and TV-set with DVD/CD/mp3 player. In the upper level there is an under roof queen-size bed and a skylight window with view to roof tops and sea. The bathroom has a spacious shower, washbasin, bidet, toilet and washing machine. Though placed in a quiet cobblestone street, this flat is close to the town’s water-front ramparts (2 min.walk) and enchanting harbour, fresh fish & vegetable market, good restaurants, quaint cafés and all kind of shops. A short walk along the promenade will lead you easily to the white sandy beaches and pinewoods. Rates are all-inclusive; no occult or additional expenses of any kind. Nice linen & towels are supplied.

Place of extraordinary natural beauty and also of considerable historical and architectonic interest. You can either stroll along its charming cobblestone lanes and water-front town walls or visit around interesting archaeological sites. You can take long walks or horse-ride through the scented Mediterranean maquis' vegetation and watch the sunset from the impressive cliffs of the Cape Caccia. Generally from late April to late October you can, of course, enjoy the silver beaches in lonely bays and swim in transparent, turquoise waters!

best location & everything you could need!

I had a great stay in this apartment. The location is right in the centre of the old town surrounded by bars & restaurants, only seconds from the bustle of the old town walls and also only 10-15 mins walk from the main Lido beach. That said the apartment itself is in a quiet street. Christina was wonderful and did everything she could to accomodate us, when booking, when we arrived and even when we were leaving. The flat has absolutely everything you could want from maps & guidebooks to sun umbrellas for the beach and even a little food. It was also very clean. The upstairs bedroom has a very low ceiling (little more than crawl space) but this wasnt a problem for me. It was a good budget option for Alghero! Overall, we had a great stay and I would highly recommend this place. (thank you so much for your kindness Christina!!)

Lovely apartment in great location

This was a very well equipped and surprisingly spacious apartment. Christina and Paolo received us warmly and gave us good tips on which beaches to visit, location of supermarkets etc. We appreciated the good Italian coffee and bowl of fresh fruit that they kindly provided. The location is perfect - in the middle of the old town but on a quiet street. The fish and fruit market and supermarkets are a few minutes walk away. The restaurants that line the seafront are very close. There books filled with recommendations of previous visitors which we found very helpful. It was lovely to look through the roof window and admire the sea.

Lo studio di Christina e Paolo è incredibile. Le nostre vacanze sono state un sogno grazie a loro e al suo calido, completo e pulito studio.
The studio is property clean and well-maintained and Christina and Paolo, the owners, have you feel like home.

Wonderful Charming Nest

The Charming Nest is a lovely place to stay in Sardinia. It is close to everything you will need during your stay e.g. shops, restaurants, cafe's, bars, and the beaches.

My boyfriend and I loved our stay in Alghero and hope to return to the Charming Nest again in the future. The owner, Christina, is lovely and was extremely helpful when we arrived and even provided us with a lovely big bowl of fresh fruit from one of the local markets.

We thoroughly recommend it for couples looking for a romancic get away.

Una fantastica vacanza in un perfetto monolocale

Ho passato una vacanza perfetta in questo superaccessoriato ed accogliente monolocale, perfetto per chi vuole passare una romantica vacanza in una stupenda città di mare...La casa è assolutamente pulita, comoda e non manca proprio niente!!! Si trova in una tranquilla via ad un passo dal centro storico, fornitissimo di locali e ristoranti. La consiglio vivamente soprattutto per l'indescrivibile gentilezza e accoglienza dei proprietari.
