2 Apartments - stunning views to the sea and mountains

Villa Alice is located on a peaceful hillside, in a small rural village immersed in beautiful Sardinia vegetation with stunning views to the sea. The villa is surrounded by large gardens. A private road leads up to the villa, which provides both self catering and bed & breakfast accommodation. The self-contained apartments benefit from off-road parking and each apartment has its own entrance and private seating area. Each apartment is fitted with a kitchen with oven/hob, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster and cooking utensils. Most apartments are air conditioned. Bed linen and towels are provided at no extra cost as well as all gas, electricity and water. Final cleaning is charged at an extra cost of 50 Euros. We also provide the facility to enjoy a very warm Sardinia welcome by offering the choice of bed & breakfast accommodation. We have 2 rooms available, a double room and a twin room. A hearty continental breakfast is served.

The air-conditioned apartment has an entrance veranda leading to a comfortable open plan room including lounge, kitchen and dining area. There is a sofa bed which sleeps two adults in comfort. From this room, there is a spacious family bedroom, a twin room and a large bathroom. You will wake up to stunning mountain views from the bedroom window. Outside the apartment, there is a large private sunbathing area surrounded by trees and flowers. A large umbrella allows you to shelter from the heat and a BBQ completes a perfect evening with a delicious meal cooked on the hot coals. A table and chairs are provided. Views to the mountains and countryside await you. There is a washing area set aside for guests with the use of a washing machine available at a small charge.

Beautiful Beaches !

From Cagliari, Sardinia's capital city, heading East you can enjoy the immense coast-road which runs parallel to the largest beach on the south of the island: Il Poetto. This beach runs by the washes of Molentargius, a salty lake where, in spring and summer, the breathtaking pink flamingo reside and nest. Carrying on eastwards towards Villasimius you will encounter various beach areas. Marina di Capitana has one of the most equipped tourist ports of the island. Villa Alice is only minutes away. On the same road you can explore different and beautiful bays such as Cala Regina, Mari Pintau, Kala `e Moru, Torre delle Stelle, Geremeas, Solanas and Villasimius.

Eating out and entertainment

A few minutes drive from the Villa there are different restaurants/pizzerie that you can choose from to taste the local cuisine. There is also a large tourist harbour where you can spend the evening and have a stroll after a meal or where boats for excursions can be rented during the day. There is a beautiful ice cream parlour that has a large seating area and has entertainment, such as live bands etc. Cagliari is a short drive away where trendy bars can be discovered by night. By day, beautiful shops can be found in the centre of the city.
