This well kept apartment is situated in beautiful private gardens with gated access and parking. The Residence also has a large communal pool and baby pool. This property is set in the town of Valledoria, North Sardinia close to all amenities.

Residence Sa Tanca is situated in Valledoria which faces the Gulf of Asinara, near the mouth of the Coghinas River. The town prides itself on having one of the most beautiful views of Sardinia's coasts. The town provides all the services that make a holiday comfortable within easy walking distance of the apartment. Another of the town's attractions comes from its success in preserving most of the local traditions and folk heritage. Halfway between Santa Teresa and Porto Torres, Valledoria is in an ideal position for all those who wish to visit many historical and environmental attractions during short trips. Other places of interest are: Costa Smeralda, Castelsardo and Isola Rossa - not to be missed. Valledoria also has excellent conditions for surfing, windsurfing and scuba diving.

  • A 25% deposit is required to secure the rental. The balance plus a security/breakage deposit of £150 should be paid at least six weeks prior to occupancy. If you notify us of your intention to cancel, for whatever reason, two months or more prior to your stay we will refund your deposit less bank charges. After this period you forfeit your deposit.
  • 3 weeks and more = 10% discount

The best equipped apartment we have ever stayed in, even includes an ipod dock. Great for cooking in. Wonderful complex, very clean pool and the grounds are beautifully maintained. Very child friendly.Great info on the surrounding area provided in the apartment, all the recommendations were correct. Great beaches nearby and a fantastic water park. A perfect place to stay with small children who just want to splash and swim. Lovely, quiet and friendly. Some knowledge of italian would be very helpful and a car is an essential.Highly recommended and we hope to return.

This was the most well equipped apartment we have stayed in. Clean and well-maintained. Restaurants and shops close by. Good location for exploring the beautiful north coast of Sardinia.

This was a well equipped and clean apartment with excellent facilities, with peaceful surroundings and unobtrusive neighbors.
The area is with out doubt a local one and you will need to be aware that English food is not available in the limited restaurants.
There is however no problem obtaining supplies in the two local supermarkets.
A little knowledge of Italian would be benaficial.
A car is a must to explore the rest of Sardinia
