This newly built modern apartment is set in immaculately maintained grounds and is tastefully furnished. It comprises of one double bedroom, one large bathroom with washing machine and shower cubicle. The spacious living area has two double sofa beds, large extendable dining table and a well equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, gas oven/hob, microwave and toaster. Outside, the furnished terrace is ideal for al fresco dining and relaxing moments in the peace of this privately owned complex. Only 400 m to the nearest beach, the apartment provides the ideal location for beach lovers. Alternatively, the beautiful South Sardinian countryside is only a step away and the city of Cagliari only a short bus ride away. The close Marina di Capitana offers a variety of water sports and marine activities. We offer a hassle free service, low half term prices, and the possibility of paying in pounds sterling and euros. Cagliari international airport (CAG) with direct flights by Easyjet, from Luton, BA, from Gatwick and HLX, from Munich, Cologne and Stuttgart is about 15 miles away which makes this location in South Sardinia ideal for weekends and 10 days holidays alike. The closest beach is Baia Azzurra with other lovely beaches scattered on the coastline all accessible from the road. A couple of authentic Sardinian restaurants are located close by as are a mini and a super market which sell continental goods as well as typical Sardinian products. Golf lovers will be able to visit an international ranking green, located in the South West side of Cagliari, only about 40 minutes drive from the complex, while a new green has been completed near Villasimius reachable in about 30 minutes by car or by bus. A fantastic waterpark (blufan.it) is also located South West of Cagliari. Extensive tourist information is available directly from the owners who have personally tried most attractions

We stayed in this appartment for the second time in three years and once again had a great time. The location is perfect for families with small children in the safe and gated area. Very close to a great beach but we hired a car again and travelled along the coast to a number of beaches and water parks throughout our stay. Very close to a number of good restaurants, some do take-away which is great after a long day on the beach. Definitely recommend this accomodation.

A lovely apartment to stay in & an excellent base if you want to use your time to explore Sardinia. I would definitely recommend hiring a car. There are various beaches & water parks which are worth visiting but they are a bit further away, although the nearest beach is a very handy few minutes walk from the apartment. There is also a good bus service which takes you to the lovely city of Cagliari, you can buy bus tickets from the bar at the campsite next to the nearest beach where they also have the times & the bus stop is right outside. I would highly recommend this apartment & location. We enjoyed our time immensely & would definitely visit again.

Property located in a nice area but more benificial if you hire transport as you can get to see some of the most magnificent beaches. You may be a little isolated without as it is a fair walk to the nearest shop or bar and not very safe in the dark! Overall - very enjoyable and comfortable accomodation.

The apartment was excellent and our stay was very peaceful and relaxing. The owners were very helpful. An ideal base for beach lovers and exploring the island. No hesitation in recommending a holiday here.

We enjoyed our holiday very much and the accommodation
lived up to our expectations. Marino was very helpfull and
