Outside, the furnished terrace is ideal for al fresco dining and relaxing moments in the peace of this privately owned complex. Only 400 m to the nearest beach, the apartment provides the ideal location for beach lovers. Alternatively, the beautiful South Sardinian countryside is only a step away and the city of Cagliari only a short bus ride away. Cagliari international airport (CAG) with direct flights by Easyjet, from Luton, BA, from Gatwick and HLX, from Munich, Cologne and Stuttgart is about 15 miles away which makes this location in South Sardinia ideal for weekends and 10 days holidays alike. The closest beach is Baia Azzurra with other lovely beaches scattered on the coastline all accessible from the road. A couple of authentic Sardinian restaurants are located close by as are a mini and a super market which sell continental goods as well as typical Sardinian products. Golf lovers will be able to visit an international ranking green, located in the South West side of Cagliari, only about 40 minutes drive from the complex, while a new green has been completed near Villasimius reachable in about 30 minutes by car or by bus. A fantastic waterpark (blufan.it) is also located South West of Cagliari. Extensive tourist information is available directly from the owners who have personally tried most attractions

Notes to the rental rates

Rates include all bills for water, gas and electricity plus linen and bathroom towels, changed weekly. They don't include the final cleaning charge of 50 euros and a refundable damage deposit of 300 euros (or 200 pounds sterling) to pay at the site. The booking conditions are 30% at the time of booking, fully refundable up to 4 weeks before arrival.

We had a lovely time in sardinia and lived very comfortably in you lovely apartment (Adam) Hi Marino, just wanted to say thanks for everything during our holiday. Your apartment is great - nice peaceful complex, away from the main road but close enough to the restaurant (Ron-Ware) Just a quick note to say what a fabulous time we had in Sardinia. The apartment was fantastic located in a beautiful complex. It was very quiet and most days we had the beach to ourselves (The Jackson's-Lancs). We had an excellent holiday. The apartment was very well appointed, clean, tidy and comfortable (Dave-Derbyshire). We are back home after a lovely holiday and I thought I'd just let you know how much we enjoyed it in Sardina. Your directions were excellent and we found the apartment easily (Beverley-Bucks). WE HAD A WONDERFUL TIME. WE CANT THANK YOU ENOUGH FOR THE APT IT WAS GREAT SO MUCH SO WE NEARLY BOUGHT ONE WHILE WE WHERE THERE (Mrs Cheers-Scotland)
