A lovely apartment in a beautiful setting in the countryside near Budoni, with pretty stone details, arches, and large terraces leading to the swimming pool (open mid/end May to October subject to weather conditions) with wonderful views over the countryside and the sea beyond; making this the perfect spot to relax, The interior is equally attractive, with high quality furnishings, comfortable and appealing with colourful tiles and charming wooden furniture. This is a spot where you can enjoy some quiet time on the terrace after a long day on the beach and for children, there is ample space to play in the grounds.

Within 5 mins drive, one reaches the small town of Budoni with its fabulous long white sandy beaches flanked by fragrant pine forests. Budoni, which has been voted Hotspot International Destination by Trip advisor for 2009, has a great selection of restaurants (from simple pizzeria to excellent restaurants), supermarkets, local 'Sard' produce shops, ice cream shops, locals bars, Dive centre, shops, street markets (in July & Aug), banks, petrol station, gift shops and a post office. There is a playground in Budoni, an open air cinema (summer months) as well as a little entertainment park for children with several bouncy castles and trampolines. Olbia Airport is about a 20-25 min drive away, Alghero Airport about 1 h 45 min.

This is Sardinia at its best,: Crystal clear sea, endless silky white beaches alternating with steep cliffs and small rocky bays. Rugged mountains give way to verdant hills, tranquil lakes and moors, inhabited by colourful butterflies and unusual birds. The scent of the pine forests and the fragrant macchia mixed with the sweet smell of myrtle and lemon trees. The sensation of finding oneself in a region where the stunning beauty of nature, the genuine character of the people, the many typical dishes and the ancient traditions seem to have remained unchanged over the years, with traces of Phonetician, Carthaginian, Romans, Arabs, Byzantine and Spanish influences, assimilated and integrated into its own culture, giving travellers a feeling of authenticity even in the larger, more modern towns.

The Apartment was excellent exactly as described, the pool in particular was lovely and really made the location. Combined with the spectacular sea views made it a superb location, we can now start looking forward to booking agian next year.!!

The apartment is in a charming little village which you need a car to get to, but has lovely sea views. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. But it was extremely hot and would benefit from air-con or at least some fans. There was a beautiful pool shared by the 4 apartments, but unfortunately only one sunbed!! There was a washing machine and a BBQ and several beach items, such as parasol for us to use. The only thing lacking was a mirror, there was only one in the bathroom. The bathroom was lovely and had a good shower and a bidet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, and would recommend it.
Owner's Response: The local agency can provide fans if requested.
Guests somtimes borrow poolside sunbeds for use on their private patios or in other garden areas.
We shall increase the number of sunbeds in order to avoid a shortage around the pool in the future.

Lovely apartment

We loved the apartment/pool. Did not go much on the service from the Local Agents. Lack of sunbeds - all of two for four apartments and the Agents did nothing about it. Did not rate the UK agent either - we never have had our security deposit cheque back - it has not been cashed but it has not be returned. We had great weather when we went last year - first two weeks in September.
Owner's Response: We make it clear in our booking information that security deposit cheques will be automatically destroyed unless clients request them to be returned.
Alternatively, 200 Euros can be deposited with the local agency upon arrival in Sardinia.
(Unfortunately, we received this review a year after the clients' holiday, when the cheque had long been destroyed.)

Fantastic Apartment

We had a fantastic week at these apartments, the booking process with Sylvia in the UK was easy and we found her very helpful and her knowledge of Sardinia was amazing (she told us about the best beaches and some great restaurants too)

The Apartment was just as described, spotlessly clean and well equiped with amazing sea views, the only downside was a week was not lomg enough.

We have already recommended this property to many of our friends.
