It is a very nice studio flat, apartment renovated in 2006. It has air- conditioning for the summer and a heating system for the winter. It can accommodate two people and a third one adding an extra bed. There is a double bed, a kitchenette with fridge and all you need to prepare your meals, a dining space with table and chairs and also a sofa and an armchair. There is Internet WI-FI access, a TV set, a DVD/ DIVX player, a CD/MP3 player and use of washing machine (on demand). A toaster, iron/iron board and hair dryer are also available. No problem in case of water restrictions as this flat has an independent huge water reservoir. The bathroom is with shower. It is in the heart of the old town next to the Cathedral and in the middle of restaurants, bars and shops. A 2-min walk leads you to the romantic sea promenade with a view of Capo Caccia. Many beaches can be easily reached by foot or by bus. Towels and linen are provided. Rates are all-inclusive.

Alghero, with its charming old town is the most characteristic touristic center of the 'Riviera del Corallo'.The shores have plenty of lonely bays, creeks hiding soft beaches surrounded with dense pine-woods, with indented cliffs washed by an emerald green sea. The weather is always temperate. You can do exciting excursions in the area, and visit prehistoric sites, nuraghi, domus de janas, caves. There are a great number of events, public festivals, coffee-houses in the centre, discos and lots of other amusement and entertainment opportunities.

Lovely apartment in Alghero

A lovely studio apartment, fully equiped with everything you would need, located in the heart of the beautiful old town of Alghero right by all the restaurants, bars and shops but without being too noisy at night. I would definately recommend this property for a stay in Alghero.

we stayed in margherita's apt for 5 nights and couldnt find fault! she was very helpful (although couldnt speak English so it is useful to know French or Italian), and the apt was spotless. really well located in the old town, not far from shops, restaurants with a beautiful church at the end of the road. would recommend getting a scooter or car and driving round the island as it is beautiful, although avoid walking up and down the steps of the 'Neptune's Cave' unless you are very fit! overall, a really pleasant stay!

Schöne Wohnung in der Altstadt

Schöne, kleine Wohnung in mitten der Altstadt. Optimal für zwei Personen. Entspricht genau den Bildern im Internet. Gute Ausstattung mit Geschirr, Töpfe, Toaster, Föhn, Sonnenschirm, Fernseher, Klima, Internetzugang, Bügeleisen..Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Nach einwöchigem Aufenthalt wurde die Wohnung sogar gereinigt, neue Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt und das Bett frisch bezogen. Zur Promenade sind es keine zwei Min. Zum nächst möglichen Strand ca. 15Min. Gehweg. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Grazie Margherita.

Dieses Ferienwohnung ist für zwei Personen, die nicht kochen wollen, super. Sehr sauber und nett eingerichtet: ein schönes Bad, ein bequemes Bett, kleine Kochgelegenheit. Tolle Lage mitten in der Altstadt (autofrei, Parkmöglichkeit für Auto kostenfrei ca. 7 Minuten Fußweg) und doch nur 2 Min. zur Promenade. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Da wir länger als 1 Woche (insgesamt 10 Tage) gemietet hatten, wurde die Wohnung nach 5 Tagen gereinigt, Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt. Konnten wir netterweise am Abreisetag die Wohnung bis 16.30 nutzen.

Mitten in der Altstadt Algheros, am Fuße der Kathedrale im 2. Stock eines alten Hauses, trafen wir auf dieses schöne mit sehr viel Stil und Geschmack eingerichtete Apartment von Margherita. Danke Ilse + Jurek
