Brand new apartment in Alghero available for rent. The property which is beautifully furnished to a very high standard is located on the 3rd floor accessed via a staircase with lift access. The accommodation comprises Hallway leading to Lounge & Kitchen, out onto a large enclosed balcony which has a seating area with open views. One beautifully furnished double bedroom with large wardrobe and chest of draws leading out to a further large balcony with seating area. One triple bedroom with wardrobe and bathroom. Each room has air conditioning. The apartment has a washing machine, television and DVD and benefits from a secure intercom system.

The city of Alghero rests on a promontory overlooking the pretty harbour. Old fortress walls, battlements and towers surround the ancient part of the city and they are particularly beautiful when lit up at night. There is a maze of characteristic medieval side-streets which are home to lively cafeterias, boutiques and good restaurants. We recommend a visit to the Grottoes of Nettuno, which can be reached by boat excursion, museum and vineyard (8km north Alghero on the way to Porto Torres) is also well worth a visit. Children can visit the aquarium although you need to be aware of the opening times, which differ in the high and low seasons.
