Less than 100m from the long, sandy beach at Bosa Marina we have a stunning, newly refurbished apartment to let. Located in a large, impressive old style Villa, renovated and furnished to a high standard in 2006 this spacious apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin, a larger than average bathroom with large shower cubicle and a lounge/diner/kitchen being equipped with gas hob, electric oven and fridge/freezer. The apartment also has a washing machine, an iron, ironing board and hairdryer. Steps lead up to the main entrance door into a large hallway. The villa is divided into only 4 apartments, 2 to the ground floor and 2 to the first floor. Stairs lead up to the vast roof top terrace, beautifully tiled with outdoor furniture and lights, taking in views to the beach and sea. The house is surrounded by wall and gates with a small garden area to the front, a BBQ area to the side and also has private, off street parking. Set just one street back from the promenade.

A lively sea side resort in season with numerous bars, cafes and restaurants, it has a large, wide expanse of soft, fine sandy beach partially sheltered by the harbour walls,very safe for families, next to the imposing tower of Isola Rossa. There are plenty of activities to keep you entertained, not just from the beach such as windsurfing and kite surfing, but boat hire, scuba diving excursions, boat and fishing trips. The small train station is here where you can take the Little Green Train inland to Macomer, winding through the beautiful countryside where vineyards and olive groves can be seen. Bosa Marina has grown in recent years to take advantage of its gently shelving, wonderful beach but even out of season it is a beautiful, quieter place with a few good pizzerias and bars open all year round. The old town of Bosa itself is a pleasant 25 min walk away. You can hire all water sports equipment here and learn how to surf, windsurf etc. You can hire sunbeds and umbrellas here
