These are bright, purpose built apartments. They are within a medium sized complex in the Alghero Lido. The apartments are 2 minutes walk to the nearest beach. You may use the condo swimming pool, which is open during July and August. The apartments have open plan kitchen living areas and an outdoor eating area with table and chairs overlooking the gardens. The apartment is just 25 minutes stroll into Alghero old town, along the wide, palm tree, lined promenade. There is a small children's pay area available for residents, which is open all year round.

This two bedroom apartment has a corner position allowing a fabulous view towards Alghero and the sea. It has a corner kitchen with hob, washing machine and fridge freezer. The shower room has basin, toilet and bidet as well as a shower. The double bedroom has a small balcony overlooking the rear of the property and the twin bedded room has bunk beds and pull out full size divan beds, so suitable for a family or two couples. The living area is spacious and from there is a balcony with table and dining chairs as well as two comfortable chairs for watching the world go by. The seaview is variable depending on vegetation All linen is included in the rental.

The apartments are situated in Alghero's Lido. A area of wide, open avenues leading to the gulf of Alghero. The beaches of the Lido generally have wide, sandy beaches and gently shelve into the sea. The apartment is 2 minutes walk from a length of this beach. The apartments really are close enough to go back and forth for drinks and snacks. Situated on a complex the apartments have the luxury of a large outdoor pool (open in July and August), which is perfect for the end of the day after a day trip, to cool off. There are cafes, bars, gelaterias and supermarkets within easy walking distance of the apartment and the historic, old town of Alghero is just 25 minutes (holiday stroll) along the palm tree, lined promenade. Buses run into Alghero old town and out of town towards the beautiful beaches on the edge of the national park, about 10 kilometres away. If you decide to hire a car, there is on-road parking available.

  • A security deposit of £100 is payable, if it proves unnecessary to use the deposit, this is refunded on checking as cash. An end of stay cleaning charge of £40 is payable at the time of booking. A transfer service from Alghero airport is available from just £30 one way for groups of 4 or less, a driver meets you from your flight and takes you straight to your holiday apartment. For larger parties the price is available on request, Cots are available at an extra charge of £5 per night. If you have an evening departure, a late check out facility is available. The room is available for you until 9pm at night for just £45.Please request at the time of booking.A non-refundable deposit of 20% is requested to secure the booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks before arrival.
  • Cancellations 55 to 42 days before arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the holiday cost. Cancellations within 42 days to 35 days of arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of the holiday cost. Cancellations within 35 days to 28 days of the arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the holiday cost. Cancellation within 28 days to 14 days of the arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 75% of the holiday cost. Cancellations within 14 days are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the holiday cost.

There are tables and chairs perfect for a lunch-time or evening meal, before going for a walk around town. All linen and towels are provided, including beach towels, which helps with the reduced baggage allowances on aircraft. The two bedroom apartment has air-conditioning and central heating available. The two bedroom apartment with SV doesn't have airconditioning or central heating. There is street car parking available free of charge in the surrounding area. A wide selection of cafes, bars, restaurants, shops and excellent, quality supermarkets are available within a 5 minute walk. The walking distance to the harbour and the promenade is 25 minutes and the closest, sandy beach is just 2 minutes away. The apartment is situated on the 1st floor. The road and pavements around the apartment, like most towns may have high kerbs or raised paving stones.

The town is lovely & picturesque with a good opportunity to stroll to & from the apartment in the evening (this is too hot to do during the day) and takes about 30-40 minutes. The beaches are literally a stones throw & in abundance, with great sand & shallow waters.
The pool is a good size although disapointing that it is closed for 2-3 hours during the peek of the day, sun beds are amiss too along with the use of toys to keep kids entertained. Apartment was comfortable, although air conditioning would have been good for the hot nights, plenty of storage for clothes even for a family of five.
Downside is the proximity to the main road, although safe it is extremely noisy whatever time of the day or night.
Buses are really cheap & easy to use to get around.
Fantastic location as only 10 minutes from the airport, best transfer ever!
The owners were very helpful & pleasant making you feel very welcome.
