Quaint, comfortable and convenient holiday apartment in the heart of Alghero 11th century picturesque old town. Just a two minutes walk from the harbour and ten minutes walk to the long white enchanting beach. The apartment is placed where everything is easy to get to (no car needed) like the best restaurants and coffee-bars, handicraft and coral shops, the town wall water-front, narrow fascinating roads and enchanting squares, medieval churches and cloister, and the typical old Catalan towers. We rent the whole year. From autumn to spring it is possible to rent for weekends or short periods. We offer you every comfort: we supply clean linen and blankets, washing-machine, fridge, gas-stove, dishes, shower, toilet, bidet + washbasin, TV-set and iron. And we arrange pick up from the airport.

You can reach Alghero by plane, the airport (Alghero-Fertilia) is 10 minutes from the town, Ryan-air has convenient flights from London and Liverpool. Once a week There are also Easyjet flights to Olbia, which is 2 hours from Alghero by car. There is a ferry port in Porto Torres, 35 minutes from Alghero. In Alghero there is a railway-station. To reach Alghero by car, follow indications from the SS131 motorway and turn-off at 35 Km. From Alghero airport we arrange pick up for 20 Euro. Alghero is surrounded by a magnificent wild explosion of nature sites, the landscapes are surprisingly changing from the fascinating tranquillity of the Mediterranean thicket to the wild high cliffs of Capo Caccia; you can visit the impressive Neptune’s Cave, or horse-ride along the desert sand beach of Porto Ferro, or take a relaxing walk in the natural reserve of Arca di Noè, you can enjoy bird-watching or dive in the many caves hidden under the clear Sardinian sea.

I normally meet you at the apartment or airport and give you a town map and all the information you need about Alghero and it's surroundings. If we have departures the same day you will be able to enter the apartment before 15.00. Then if we have other arrivals the same day you are leaving may have to leave the apartment at 10.00, but you can leave your luggage near by the apartment. NOT AVAILABLE? You can sunbathe on a white sandy beach in a desert cove and swim in the emerald green crystal clear Mediterranean sea. In Alghero you can enjoy many sports activities such as: scuba diving in coral caves, snorkling, beach-volley, sailing, fishing, surfing, windsurfing, water-skiing, cycling, hiking, climbing, mountain-biking, horse riding, go-kart, aerobics, mini-golf, tennis etc.

How to get there

You can reach Alghero with Ryanair low cost plane, from London, Liverpool, Barcelona, Frankfurt-Hahn, Pisa and Bologna. The airport is 10 minutes from the town. Alghero-Fertilia: Sunway has flights ones a week from Dublin. Easyet is going to Olbia airport, 2 hours from Alghero. There is a railway-station. To reach Alghero by car, follow indications from the SS131 motorway and turn-off at 35 Km.
