Set in a quiet location, this apartment is ideal for those wishing to be near the beach (30yds), the centre and other facilities on holiday. It is not necessary to have a car. All the above locations can be reached by public transport and the airport, served by twice-daily Ryanair flights, is only 10 mins from Alghero. The apartment has two large rooms, a room for babies, kitchen, bathroom and a large (50 mq)terrace with veranda and a openair-shower. The bedroom sleeps 2 with a king-size double bed and plenty of wardrobe. The day room has a large dining table and with a double sofa bed, sleeps two. The kitchen is well-equipped with a gas cooker, fridge/freezer, and ample cupboard space. The bathroom has a washing machine, a shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet. The terrace with sea view is ideal for having dinner, breakfast or enjoying an evening drink. There is also a child’s cot.

Alghero

Alghero is a superb holiday centre with good sandy beaches on either side of the town. To the north-west is Alghero bay, with past it the glorious Porto Conte bay. The picturesque old town of Alghero has an abundant choice of restaurants and good shopping too. The most elegant old streets surround the cathedral, at the centre of the town. Set in a quiet location, this apartment is ideal for those wishing to be near the beach (30yds) and other facilities on holiday. It is not necessary to have a car. Within walking distance of the apartment are restaurants for Italian food and a famous pizzeria which sells pizza by the metre! There are bars, other shops and two supermarkets also within walking distance. The old town of Alghero is about 5 mins walk along the beach road where there are plenty of restaurants, bars, clubs and shops of all kinds. Set on the beach, yet only a short walk to the town the apartment is an ideal choice for those who wish to enjoy a memorable holiday.

Alghero is on the north-west coast of Sardinia and is called the Coral Riviera. It has beautiful beaches and a rugged coast and is 10 mins from Alghero airport. The town is surrounded by a magnificent wild explosion of nature sites, the landscapes are surprisingly changing from the fascinating tranquillity of the Mediterranean thicket to the wild high cliffs of Capo Caccia; you can visit the impressive Neptune’s Cave, or horse-ride along the desert sand beach of Porto Ferro, or take a relaxing walk in the natural reserve of Arca di Noè, you can enjoy bird-watching or dive in the many caves hidden under the clear Sardinian sea. Although there are mountains in many directions this is quite a fertile part of Sardinia, with many olive groves and vineyards - the wines have an excellent reputation. This is an ideal countryside to explore - north and south along the coasts or maybe inland to Sassari, the main town of the province.
