A Venetian Premier accommodation property - Beautiful newly completed Apartment, with every amenity, furnished to a high standard, in lovely courtyard. The Luxury bathroom has a 'walk in' state of the art Shower. Kitchen has every amenity. All furniture is new, including all linen towels etc. There are two bedrooms, one with double bed the other a twin room with an extra bed, sleeps a max of five persons.

Situated in a quiet Courtyard only 100 meters from the Rialto Bridge, right in the heart of Venice, Close to the Square Campo S Bartolomeo, just cross over the Rialto to the Famous Markets The Apartment is light and has views of the Courtyard.

Very nice apartment, suitable for 3-4 people. Twin bedroom under eaves so necessary to duck in most of room space!
Excellent position close to Rialto.Convenient for waterbus stop and Rialto markets and only a short walk to St Mark's square.
Is on the second floor up 45 steps (no lift) so is definitely unsuitable for anyone disabled or with any walking difficulty
