The Apartment is situated on the first floor with canal views. Beautiful Living Room, two bathrooms, one with bath. Two toilets, two lovely double bedrooms, large dining Kitchen. This property comes highly recommended.

Dear Robert, my Mother and I rented this Apartment from Feb 25 for a week, and I just wanted to say what a lovely apartment it is, It was warm, comfortable, beautifuly furnished, and in a perfect location, and we definitely rate the place highly, best wishs Jill Spring.

Real Venice

We had a wonderful 3 night stay in this appartment at the end of October.
It is spacious and homely, well equipped, scrupulously clean, very well located for easy access to the "required" attractions and, at the same time, quiet, tranquil and full of character. It is very reasonably priced too!
The owner, Paola, is lovely - very friendly, kind and helpful. Venice is a truly beautiful city. There can be nowhere like it. This was an ideal spot from which to absorb its treasures, both the obvious and the tucked away.
We would definitely go back, and happily stay here again.

Peace and Tranquillity

This is a very well kept and well furnished apartment. The two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bath, are an added bonus. Paula who is there to greet you and see to your needs is a rather wonderful woman with very little English but with a great personality.and was most thorough when showing us the six keys you need to get in. When we returned after our first day of sight seeing we found she had left us a gift of grapes from her own garden Finding our way through the maze of streets wasn't as difficult as we imagined and in fact was quite good fun but a map is a good idea. There are plenty of shops and places to eat within easy walking distance and the water bus stop is not far away. It has a lovely garden area too and there is a good view of the boats passing by the window. It is a very clean and well furnished apartment and I would recommend this property to others without hesitation.

A real bargain in an expensive city

The apartment was much better than we expected for the money - roomy, comfortable, and full of character and homely touches. The location was ideal, very quiet but just a few minutes walk from the Rialto Bridge. Signora Rosada was a charming and attentive host, and our first visit to Venice could not have been better.

This listing omitted that the apartment's two bathrooms have very low ceilings, so low that a person 6 feet tall cannot stand fully upright. No photos of the bathrooms were shown. In addition, the listing states that the owner speaks English; in fact, the owner neither spoke nor understood any English.
Had either of these two items been accurately included in the listing, I would not have rented this apartment.
