Great Location and Apartment

This was a great location and apartment. It had everything we needed --- 3 adults (2 sisters and one husband). I would highly suggest this alternative to hotels. The meeting at the vaporetto stop went smoothly once we figured out how to use the telephone :-)
If we visit Venice again (it would be our 5th time), we would be certain to stay here again!

WE enjoyed our stay especially since there were only 14 steps up to apt as opposed to the 60 we had last year.Location was very good and the greeting at the vaporetto station went smoothly.The linens were excellent but we could have used more dish towels and a coffee pot,also more wine glasses only 3 for 4 people.Could not access English TV All and all a pleasant visit.and we were very satisfied.

We absolutely loved this apartment in Vencie. It was very clean and nicely furnished. The location was great and easily accessible to the vaperetto and the major sites. There is an amazing pizza shop downstairs, on the street below the living room windows, that was perfect for dinner if you want to eat at home and save a few euros. The kitchen has everything you need and the beds are very comfortable. We had 2 adults and 2 young teens and we had plenty of space. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who visits Venice.

It is a well-maintained apartment. The location is accurate. The owner is very friendly and has waited for us at san marcuola station before bringing us to the apartment. I would stay here again.
