The Apartment is situated on the Island of Guidecca, only ten minutes by boat from S Mark’s, water buses run every ten minutes, the property overlooks the Venetian Lagoon, with Superb views at any time of year. Guidecca originally the working area of Venice has now been transformed into the 'in place' with many celebrities buying properties inc Elton John. all amenities are there inc Supermarket, bank, and general stores close by.

Aug 2005 We have just returned from one of the best holidays,we have ever had in your apartment..it was absolutley beautifiul just as described.and it's position must be unrivalled. Guidecca was beautiful,and the locals were so friendly,it was so easy going to S Marco..... Thank you for enabling us to have a wonderful time..we will definately be booking with you next year. We ate on the terrace every day,and enjoyed the views,what a wonderful apartment... Gill and Ian Woodland..Bob and Carole Brannigan.
