The house, with a beautiful private garden, is located in the real heart of Venice (San Angelo Square), just 5 minutes from San Marco Square and Rialto Bridge, near La Fenice Theatre. The 2 apartments have living room with cooking corner, davenport for 2 people, a double room, one bathroom with shower-TV-air conditioned-microwave. One apartment is on the ground floor and has the entrance directly from the garden and has an extent of 40 square meters and one is at the first floor and it looks on La Fenice Theatre Canal.

Ein sehr schönes, intimes, ungestörtes und ruhiges Appartment mit idyllischem Garten zum Verweilen. Gleichwohl mitten in Venedig, unmittelbare Nähe zu Fenice, jeweils nur 5-10min zum Piazza San Marco, Accademia, Rialto und zum Anleger Sant'Angelo am Canale Grande (Vaporetto #1).
Das Appartment selbst ist modern, zweckmässig eingerichtet und verfügt über alles, was man für einen angemehmen Aufenthalt benötigt, ideal für 2 Personen.
Wir haben uns mit unseren zwei kleinen Hunden sehr wohlgefuehlt. In der ersten Etage ist ein zweites, fast identisches Appartment verfügbar('Canale'), so dass man auch als grössere Familie einen gemeinsamen Aufenthalt verbringen kann.
