The 'Cà San Lio' Apartment is 82 sp.m in size, and located in the heart of Venice, making it easily reachable by public and private transport. Ideally located in the lively Salizzada San Lio, just three minutes walking from both Rialto Bridge and St. Mark Square, the apartment consits of a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with a comfortable double sofabed, a charming double bedroom, two nice single rooms, two bathrooms, one with shower and washing machine, and a little veranda. The apartment is very quiet despite being in a central location. The owners, Paolo and Francesca, will be at your disposal for useful information and suggestions for your stay in Venice. A few steps away from the apartment, there is a large supermarket, a bakery, a fresh fruit and vegetable shop, and one of the best ice cream parlours in Venice.

Our apartment is situated in the very hearth of the old town city, just a few steps from Rialto Bridge and St. Mark Square. How to arrive: usually we have the meeting with our guests in our three stars Hotel da Bruno (You can visit the web site www.hoteldabruno.com) which is situated in Salizzada San Lio, only three minutes walking from the Rialto Bridge. The 'Cà San Lio' Apartment is situated just in front of the hotel.

The accommodation is just as it is advertised. I was pleasantly surprised at how much we felt comfortable and at home from the first day. The apartment was very clean. Well decorated in Venetian style. Quiet despite being in a central location. There were lots of nearby shops and restaurants. The walk to the Rialto boat stop or San Marco square took only a few minutes. The owner speaks good English. He was very friendly and considerate during our stay. When we had a minor problem, he was easily contactable and immediately arranged to come by to fix the problem. We couldn't have asked for better treatment. I would definitely recommend the apartment to anyone going to Venice! (Ramona H.) Appartement magnifique , calme et tres bien situé. Acceuil tres sympathique. (Isabelle G.) Forimdable.
