'Corte Malvasia 1' and 'Corte Malvasia 2' are two charming residential flats furnished in a refined style and ideally located, just 200 metres from St. Mark Square. The homes - one at the first floor and the other at the second floor of a same ancient building - are situated just in front of the house of the famous Venetian painter, Canaletto.

“Corte Malvasia 1” (46 mq), easily reachable by public and private transport, consists of: a living-room with a sofa bed (for two people) and a well-equipped kitchen, a king size double bed ('studio'), a bathroom with shower (with sauna). The apartment is at the first floor and it can accommodate up to four people. In the apartment there is air conditioned, a washing machine and a dish washer. The entrance is a picturesque little private garden. The apartment is very quiet despite being in a central location. Also, a few steps away from the apartment, there are a large well stocked supermarket, a bakery, a fresh fruit and veg shop, and also one of the best ice cream parlours in Venice. Having all these facilities on the doorstep, particularly the the supermarket, is a great advantage for self caterers. Like a home from home

My husband and 1 spent a week in the apartment. Location brilliant. You collect your keys for the apartment from the hotel nearby. Everyone there is very helpful and will take you the apartment and provide all the information you need. The apartment itself was like a home from home. It had all the amenities you would want and we found it was a haven after a hard days sight seeing. There is a restaurant opposite which one of the reviews referred to as being a bit noisy. There was some noise but never too late into the night so I wouldn't that let that put you off. Would definately recommend staying here.

A great location!

My husband and I stayed in apt 1 for four nights in September. It was in a great location - only a five minute walk to either St Marks Square or the Rialto. It was clean, well appointed and very comfortable.

An added advantage of staying here was that the owners also manage a hotel around the corner, so they were easily available to help us book tours and a porter to get our luggage down to the water bus!! They were very welcoming and happy to provide information about local restaurants etc.

My only word of caution is for people who like to get to sleep before 11pm (we were ok) - there is a restaurant right across from the apartment and some of the customers were pretty noisy! Other than that, it's a great apartment!

We loved our stay here...

We lived in this place for 3 nights and felt just like home with all the needful being availble and also the property is close to all attractions and very close to Coop where you can buy anything you need for living... The hospitality we recieved was amazing with no security deposit and we truely loved our stay here.

Wir fanden ein großes, sauberes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Appartementzimmer mit einer gut ausgestatteten Küche vor. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Selbstversorger sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch zum großen Markt an der Rialtobrücke ist es nur ein Katzensprung. Wir haben uns in dieser Wohnung, im Herzen Venedigs, sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Mayk S. und Familie

Estuvimos en Venecia a principios de Febrero. Nos recibió Paolo en este estudio tan acogedor. La localización es genial, cerca de todo, a un paso de la Plaza San Marcos y el Puente Rialto.
La casa tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar, esta muy bien acondicionada y es muy acogedora. Pedir consejo a Paolo si necesitáis algo, os ayudara gustoso. Feliz
