'Corte Malvasia 1' and 'Corte Malvasia 2' are two charming residential flats furnished in a refined style and ideally located, just 200 metres from St. Mark Square. The homes - one at the first floor and the other at the second floor of a same ancient building - are situated just in front of the house of the famous Venetian painter, Canaletto.

“Corte Malvasia 2” (50 mq), easily reachable by public and private transport, consists of: a living-room with two sofa beds (each one for one person) and a well-equipped kitchen, a king size double bed ('open space'), a bathroom with shower. The apartment is at the second floor and it can accommodate up to four people. In the apartment there is air conditioned. The entrance is a picturesque little private garden. The apartment is very quiet despite being in a central location. Also, a few steps away from the apartment, there are a large well stocked supermarket, a bakery, a fresh fruit and veg shop, and also one of the best ice cream parlours in Venice. Having all these facilities on the doorstep, particularly the supermarket, is a great advantage for self caterers. The owners Paolo and Francesca will be at your disposal for useful information and suggestions for your stay in Venice.

Well located and friendly service.
A few thing in the apartment did not work or were broken - shower door, remote for air-conditioning (so we were cold at night), DVD player, a broken bed and the electricity tripped out. Other than then it was well maintained and equipped. It says it has a garden.....hmmm not sure I would call it a garden.
