• No cleaning fees, no electricity/gas expenses, no extras. Plus, you can arrive whenever you like: someone will wait for you at the vaporetto stop for an extra in case our office is closed. Payment by credit card, bank transfer or cash.
  
• Remember to ask us about all aspects of buying and renting your Venetian accommodation, either for short or longer term occupation. Many of our satisfied clients have bought apartments in Venice which we now look after for them...in many instances the owners furnish the accommodation to their own taste and requirements (with our help of course!) and then ask us to organise rentals during the periods when the owners themselves are not in residence.
  
• We always have someone here in Venice to help you - our local agents have an office nearby and will look after you. We make it VERY easy and we speak your language. We have no set check-in/out days - we fit in with your own dates. Nearest Vaporetto stop: Riva di Biasio on the Grand Canal. We arrived home safely after a most enjoyable stay. As usual, we walked our legs off in Venice and were able to discover many new areas we hadn't been to before. One of the City's charms: you can always discover something new if you go round the next corner Regarding the S.Croce apartment, we really loved the layout and the extra living space it provided(...) But both it and the S. Marcuola apartment are very comfortable for 2 people and we'd happily stay in either again. Both apartments are very well located from our standpoint and very well equipped. I suppose if push came to shove we would prefer the S. Croce one purely due to the extra space Planning our next visit now awaits Easyjet publishing their Summer timetable and I anticipate we'll be looking at next June for the first trip of the year to Italy. As soon as the flights are up on our screen we'll give you a yell and see what we can book for next year[…] Anyway, be in touch again soon Best regards C+R
