The apartment 'Cà d'Oro House' is a residential flat furnished in a refined style and ideally located, close to Campo Santi Apostoli, just two minutes walking from the Cà d'Oro and three minutes walking from the Rialto Bridge.

'Cà d'Oro House' (72 mq), easily reachable by public and private transport, consists of: a spacious living-room with a comfortable sofa bed (for two people) and a big and well-equipped kitchen (with also a dish washer), two double rooms (both with a king size bed), two bathrooms, each one with a shower. The apartment has a very beautiful canal view: it overlooks a picturesque canal passed by a lot of gondolas. The apartment is at the first floor and it can accommodate up to six people.

The apartment 'Cà d'Oro House' is situated in the very hearth of the old town city, close to Campo Santi Apostoli, just a few steps from Rialto Bridge and the Cà d'Oro. How to arrive: usually we meet our guests at the Cà d'Oro water bus stop (if You prefer we can also have a meeting at St. Mark Square) and then we bring them to the apartment (just two minutes walking).

How to reach us - By car or by train: How to arrive. Usually we meet our guests at the Cà d'Oro waterbus stop and then we bring them to the flat, far just 2 min walking.

By car: You can leave your car in one of the parking of Piazzale Roma and then take the line 1 of the public water bus (we call it “vaporetto”) and get off at Cà d'Oro (15 min). We will be there waiting for you and in 2 min we will bring you to the flat. Otherwise (less expensive solution), you can leave your car at the parking situated in front of the 'Venezia Mestre' railway station. From there you can take a train up to 'Venezia Santa Lucia' railway station (the ticket will costs You 1 Euro per person and the trip will take You 15 min). After, you can take the line 1 of the public water bus and get off at Cà d'Oro (12 min). We will be there waiting for you and in 2 min we will bring you to the flat.

By train: When you are at 'Venezia Santa Lucia' railway station, take the line 1 of the public water bus and get off at Cà d'Oro (12 min).We will be there

Paolo, la persona que te recibe es muy amable y está a disposición si surge algún problema. La valoración del apartamento es muy positiva y se lo recomiendo a cualquier persona que desee visitar Venecia. (C. H.) Appartement propre, confortable, lumineux, calme et remarquablement situé. Paolo, ponctuel au rendez-vous est très disponible, il parle français et nous a donné plein de renseignements utiles. Francesca, très présente sait, en cas de besoin, répondre très rapidement et avec efficacité aux demandes. Very cosy and quite apartment with canal view

Very cosy and quite apartment with canal view located in very convenient place from where you can easily get to all sightseeing places, several restaurants and shops around to eat or buy food. Thank you very much for the hospitable accommodation.

A perfect spot!

We were sent very detailed and easy to follow instructions to get to the meeting point, where we were met by our charming host (who fortunately spoke very fluent English) and were shown to the apartment where we completed the admin etc and shown how everything worked until we were completely comfortable being left on our own. We settled in very quickly.
We loved the spacious apartment (which was very well equipped) and were very impressed with the cleanliness.
It's position was perfect (near the Rialto bridge and a 10 min stroll to St Mark's) so everything was easily walkable. It also overlooked one of the many canals with passing gondolers beneath the living room and bedroom windows.
The local supermarket, main shopping street and local market are just a stroll away.
The vaporetto (water-bus) system is very efficient and the vaporetto stop was also a short walk away.
Also, if you want to experience the gondoler (without the gondoler price) we highly recommend using the tragetto to cross the Grand canal. The locals use them regularly and stand-up! We sat. And for half a euro it's great value for the experience.
We managed to walk most of Venice in our 4 day visit and would really like to go back to visit the other islands nearby.
We would not hesitate to rent this apartment again...or any that the Sartore family own.

Great once we got in

Great little apartment. However, no one was waiting for us as agreed upon at our arrival and no one answered my 3 phone calls to the number they provided. I had to find my way to their hotel to find someone to help us. Not good with 3 children in tow!! This took up at least 2 (jetlagged) hours. No explanation was given, and really no apology.

But, once we were there we enjoyed the space (nicely furnished and clean) and the location (convenient but quiet).
Owner's Response: Dear Sir, we are very sorry to hear you had to wait at the meeting point, this is really unusual, as our staff is very reliable and professional. We were not waiting for you in time at the meeting point because we didn't receive your phone calls (sometime international phones have problems) and that's why we give to all our clients also the address of our nearby Hotel where there is a 24hours reception! Please accept our apologies anyway. We appreciate that you enjoyed your stay in Venice anyway and that you find the apartment comfortable and nicely furnished! Thank you so much! Ca D'Oro Appartment

My friends and I had a wonderful holiday in Venice.The appartment was excellent, well equiped and very clean, comfortable beds and two bathrooms; although the lounge area would be tight for 6 people.
Paolo was very helpful when we arrived and gave us lots of information, we soon found our way around using the local shops.
The appartment is in an excellent location for all the sightseeing, also the Vaporetta stop and the fresh food markets of the Rialto, all easy walking distance. We do hope to come back one day, thank you Paolo.
