The flat consists of an entrance hall, a double bedroom, a living room, kitchenette, bathroom (with shower). It is on the ground floor (only two steps) and has a private entrance. Seven windows look out onto the characteristic streets of the Castello area, where the real Venetians live but at the some time it is very peaceful. This apartment is very easy to reach as it is situated very close to the water bus stop “Giardini” and “Biennale”. There are no bridges to cross in order to get to it. The owners will meet you at stop boat.

It is very easy from the apartment to reach by boat all the islands of the lagoon (Murano, Burano, Torcello, S. Giorgio, Lido di Venezia) and it is very easy to reach the railway and to visit the beautiful cities of the Veneto: Treviso, Padova, Verona. Also you can go to beach daily. It is possible to rent bike in Lido of Venice and to visit the nature reserve 'Alberoni'. Between Venezia and Mestre there is another nature reserve: 'S. Giuliano'. The attractions in this area are numerous.
