A Venetian Premier accommodation property - This delightful light airy second floor apartment is near Campo Bandiera Moro, just ten minutes walk from San Marco. The nearest water bus stop is 'Arsenale' It is owned by a Venetian, Sig Karen. The apartment has a double plus a twin bedroom, large living room with a sofa bed if required, modern bathroom and large kitchen. It is furnished to a high standard, is fully centrally heated and ideally situated for sightseeing. All linen is supplied.

Dear Robert..Just a note to say how much my friends and I enjoyed our stay at the Apartment. It was Perfectly situated-only 5 minutes walk with our luggage from the Arsenale and a 10 minute stroll into S Marks Square. We were really in the centre of things.... Sig Karen was very Helpful in meeting us. The apartment was well appointed and had everything we needed. Kind Regards Karen Hull March 5 2006- May 15 2007 Got back from Venice last week..The Apartment was fantastic, and really exceeded our expectations. Finding a great place in Venice at the right price for a family of 4 can be tough. But this is it! We only had three nights but really wish we had stayed longer.
The apartment is spacious, clean and well equipped. It has a real homely feel to it which helps you to relax. Signora Karin was helpful and met us at the water bus stop. You are so close to the Grand Canal (50 metres?) and yet it is quiet with little tourist traffic. There are small shops very close by things like bread, wine and other essentials :)
My wife and I stayed with our two children (12 and 9) and everything was better than we expected.
A great place that I would recommend. If we are able to return to Venice again, this will be the first place I will look to.

At first we were disappointed not to get an apartment on the Giudecca, as we wanted to be away from the tourists at the end of the day. as it turned out we had the best of both worlds. This apartment is in a residential area - no tourists in the local shops except us - yet is just 200m from the Riva degli Schiavoni and less than 10 minutes from San Marco.
Wonderful bakery just across from the apartment, also excellent butcher and, within 500m, an excellent and very friendly little supermarket.
Apartment was clean and well equipped. Signora Karin apologised for the lack of view, but we loved looking out on tumbling terra cotta roofs.
All in all a lovely week and very good value. Thank you.

Great apartment in a great location

Great apartment in a brilliant location, moments away from the Lagoon and water bus stop. Quiet area (apart from the early morning bakery/pasta shop) where you feel like a local. Opposite was a butcher, and several restaurants along the street, with a Spar supermarket round the corner.
Apartment was beautifully clean, with a very well equipped kitchen and large dining area. Master bedroom is very spacious, the second bedroom a little on the cosy side, but more than adequate. Hot water pressure a bit of a problem in the sinks, but fine for the shower over the bath.
The owner was delightful and couldn't have been more helpful. Would definitely recommend for either a short, or longer, break.We went as a family of 2 adults plus an adult daughter and an 8-year old daughter, and we all enjoyed the apartment and its locality.
