A beautiful appointed, Fully air-conditioned, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroomed apartment, with lounge dining area and an integral fully equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave, dish washer and washing machine.. A private secure parking area. The apartment is only 20 metres away from from Lake Garda. The apartment has two large bedrooms, one with double bed and the second is a twin bedroom and the beds will pull out to make 2 double beds. There is bed settee in the living room, if needed. All rooms have TV's and DVDs with satellite in the lounge.The apartment is fitted out to a very high standard , different to the more utilitarian standard of other local properties. Satellite TV for the Great Britain (FREESAT)has now been installed with a large flatscreen TV.

The apartment is one of four in a converted farm building, in a small village called Cisano. It is conveniently placed directly on the Lake side and within easy walking distance to the Town of Bardolino, in fact using the lake side path you can walk directly to numerous towns including Garda and Lazise. Within a short drive you can visit the romantic City of Verona and a little further you can reach the beautiful City of Venice. The lake has a comprehensive system of ferries linking various towns on all points of the compass (services vary to season). There are many beautiful towns and villages dotted around the lake which all hold different sites, sounds and experiences. Further a field but easily in view are breath taking mountain views all year round. With excellent Ski facilities only 40 mins away on Mount Baldo, a well kept secret. For the shoppers among us the Cosmopolitan City of Milan is only 100 km away reachable by road or train.

Notes: The property is entered by a ground floor entrance where a flight of marble stairs leads to the first floor entrance, the entrance opens into a typical Italian family room, which houses a comprehensive Kitchen area, a dining area and a comfortable lounge area with flat screen TV and DVD. From this room a separate family shower room and the downstairs bedroom can be accessed from a common vestibule, allowing all rooms to be private at all times. This bedroom has two single beds, with under pullouts allowing comfortable accommodation for up to four adult size people. From the main room a further internal marble staircase leads up to the master bedroom with an En Suite Shower Room, this room has a large King Size double bed with contemporary Italian furniture. The apartment has a substantial security door with video control of the external entrance. The apartment has full air conditioning to each room along with gas fired central heating.

Ski by Lake Garda: Just 40 minutes up the lake side road is Malchesnie a lake side town with a large and modern cable car link to the top of Mount Baldo. Using 2 cable cars (approx 16 euros) you are taken to the top of this breath taking mountain. Once there you will find a modern ski facility with varying degrees of slopes along with an excellent ski hire, ski school & Restaurants. These are open approx late December to late March and through the week its very quite and great for beginners and experts alike. The slopes button lifts are included in the cost of the cable cars. This is lovely apartment, spacious for 4 people and very clean with lots of mod cons. The location is good, it's quiet and close to the lake. Cisano is very small and pleasant and has some good restaurants. It is well served by buses and boats and you can get to most places around the lake. I would definitely recommend it as a place to stay if you want a quiet low key holiday.

We were lucky enough to have 3 nights at the Falcone apaprtment but I wish we had booked more. It was perfectly positioned next to a quiet section of the lake. We had access via a gorgeous promenade to nearby bigger towns and restaurants but the apartment was so well equipped that we ate at home 2 of the nights. It was the little things that made the difference here - providing umbrellas (because unfortunately it rained a bit), a well stacked pantry of condiments and essential cooking items, off street and secure parking, beach toys for the kids, quality furnishings and more. We would not hesitate to book again on our return trip to Italy!!!!! Highly recommended!!
