General Information :
The location of the apartments is ideal for touring the lake, its surroundings and the historic cities of northern Italy. Verona, with its famous Opera season, is only 25 km away. Trips can be easily made also to Venice (130 km), Padua (102 km), Brescia (40 km.), Bergamo (90 km), Mantova (50 km) and many other classic cities of great art. The mountains and waterfalls of the Trentino region are only 2 hours drive away. The famous theme parks of Lake Garda are very close to the residence. Gardaland can be reached on foot. Caneva World and the wonderful Parco Termale del Garda are only 1,5 km away. Natura Viva and the botanical gardens - Giardino Sigurtà can be reached in few minutes by car. There are wonderful walks along the lake or in the middle of the country. From March to October a regular steamer service takes you from Lazise or Peschiera to all the other little towns around the lake.
The little centre of Pacengo, shops and restaurants can be reached in 5 minutes' walk. The beach and the small harbour can be reached in 15-20 minutes' walk. Although a car is recommended, the place is also well served by public means of transport. The bus stop is 500 mt away from the apartment. From there frequent busses (line Verona - Riva del Garda) offer good connections to all the villages of the east side of the lake, to Verona and Peschiera railway station. The closer airports are Verona, Brescia and Bergamo (look for convenient airline tickets with Ryanair).
About the management :
I own this apartment and also 7 apartments in Sirmione (see property nr 19126). I manage all of them personally. I also have no staff and I work personally to take care of them, which is sometimes very hard but for me a great satisfaction. I also take care of my guests and their stay, trying to offer them a pleasant holiday. You can contact me for any information and request, I'll try to do my best to satisfy you.
