This apartment has been decorated in very attractive and harmoniously matching Mediterranean pastels tones. It is especially spacious, comfortable and tastefully furnished: white walls, arched doorways, low steps, antique terracotta tiles and hand-painted terracotta fresco... lovely oil paintings in delicate colours decorate the walls (the owner is an artist). This apartment has a Mediterranean flair and southern atmosphere. The views from the terrace are outstanding.

Notes to the rental rates

• Included in the price:
  Bed linens changed once a week (on Saturdays), bath and kitchen linens changed twice a week (on Wednesdays and Saturdays), water, electricity, gas.
  Maid service twice a week (on Wednesdays and Saturdays).
  Arrival and departure transfer: from Naples (airport/train station/hotel) by taxi to Naples harbour and from Naples harbour to Ischia by hovercraft and from Ischia harbour to the Castle Aragon by taxi and back on departure. Please indicate your arrival details one month prior to arrival!
  Basic food storage for the first breakfast consisting of bread, milk, jam, mineral water, coke, coffee, tea, 1 bottle of wine and some fruit.
  Tour of the Castello on request on arrival.
  Concierge service at a nearby hotel.
  Standard first dinner in the restaurant of the nearby hotel, on your first evening, after a long trip (only available from Easter until end of October).
  
• Security deposit, air-conditioning, heating, additional bed, final cleaning to be paid in euros on the premises:
  Security deposit: EUR 250 per apartment.
  Air-conditioning available only in Campanile (if used): EUR 20 per day.
  Heating (if required): EUR 20 per day per apartment.
  Additional bed if maximum capacity PAX is exceeded in Campanile and Maggiore available on special request: EUR 150 per person per week.
  Baby bed if maximum capacity PAX is exceeded: EUR 100 per week.
  Final cleaning: EUR 50 per apartment.

  Maid service (house cleaning) available on request: EUR 8 per hour.

Spa waters

The island is famous for it´s spa waters and hot springs. The temperature of these mineral waters can go from 15C° and 86C°, therefore cold to ipothermal and thermal to hyperthermal. The hot baths at Negombo in the north-west of the island, are particularly chic: the facilities are well cared for and there are many different pools, as well as an attractive bay, surrounded by almost African flora, with palm trees and a wealth of flowering trees and bushes (opened from April to October).

Sauna

Appealing (and yet simple) are the small Gondola baths at the wonderful sandy beach of Maronti, in the south of the island: a small hot water pool situated right on the coast and a natural sauna carved out of the rock: hot steam rises up from the earth – so hot that you even feel the need to cool off on the sea, during the winter ... This is just the place to forget the rest of the world ...
