Description: the apartments are three: the big one Filirea is composed by wide living room with dining room and fire place, kitchen, two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom with 3 bathrooms. The medium Eucalipty is composed by two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a living room with kitchen and an studio room with sofa bed, the smallest Palma is composed by a bedroom with a large bed, a bathroom and a living room where is a kitchen and a sofa bed. In the outside lots of green areas, a covered patio with table and chairs. A shared swimming pool (12X6) and lots of outside furniture. You can practise horse riding starting even directly from the property. There are a lot of beautiful beaches not far from there like Chia, Nora, Pula, Santa Margherita. Near the villa there is Is Molas, one of the most important golf clubs in Italy. In front of the property, about 500m, there are two restaurants. The property is large about 20 hectares.

Villa San Pietro is a part of a complex of Gutturu Mannu-Pantaleo (wide 1400sq m area) where you can find some of most important woods of the island. This city is near beautiful beaches: Nora, Pula, Santa Margherita, Chia. It’s a various territory characterized by slope and small valley; summits that seems very high but they don't go over 900-1000 m. There are also lots of wonderful beaches around the zone, like Chia or Nora. You can find different ports and golf clubs. The best way to reach the property is to flight to Elmas (Cagliari airport). In 20 minutes driving you will arrive at the property.There are low cost flights, for example Easy Jet.
