The property consist of fantastic cottage surrounded by 3000 mq private property starting at 5 meters from the beach with a useful remote controlled gate. The house is located in Solanas, a lovely village situated halfway between Cagliari (South Sardinia) taking the Villasimius road - in the provincial 17th road (SP17). You can find here - at 500 m from the house - 3 restaurants, 2 pizzerias, 2 hotels, 3 markets, newspapers kiosk, service-station attendant, pharmacy, beach services (surf & nautical transports rental from June to hire on the beach ), typical Sardinian shop market, take away ( noticing half a day before you can order the typical sardinian food)

Cottage in fantastic property direct access beach: Fantastic relaxing structure 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, dining room and kitchen, patio with garden, balcony sea view, with direct private access to the beach new built on 2004 with sea view, 100 meters from lovely and unspoilt white sandy beach in a very private and quiet property zone (3000 mq) starting at 5 meters from the beach with a useful electronic remote controlled gate. 30 km from the capital, in the south east coast. Two different accesses: to the beach (one gate) and centre village (another gate). The cottage is a portion of a stunning owned rentable villa, with each autonomous and independent facilities as main door entrance, garden with barbecue and parking.

had a wonderful week in solanas. villa in great location. good restaurants just a few minutes walk and fantastic beach.
solanas is ideal for a relaxing holiday. very friendly village. highly recommend this villa and sardinia in general.
also possible to get bus from solanas to nearby larger town with more restaurants and bars. (beware no transport back after 1 am!)

What a great time

Hello, we are a family of four (2 adults and two children). We spent a three week vacation this holiday home in Solanas. Everything was just as decribed on the website. It is a simple but functional and clean place with a nice veranda and a huge terrace with sea views. One detail that we found very usefull was the shower on the outside, so we could get rid of the sea water before entering the house. The beach is great, and we were supprised that Solanas is relatively unknown among sardinia tourists. To us, it was a perfect holiday. Marco, the owner, is very relaible and friendly. We hope to be able to come back to beautifull Solanas one day. If so, we would not hesitate to choose the same holiday home again. Stefan & Family from Freiburg/black forrest/Germany

Great villa.

Marco the owner was really helpful, took us round to see the whole village.
The villa is well equipped, and the view is fantastic.
Just one small steep hill to get up, but the view was worth it.

House with a view

All round a good week spent at this property. The house is well equipped and comfortable. I would advise you to use the Air Conditioning as the house becomes very warm at night. The view from the verander is beautiful. Special thanks to Marco who helped me greatly when I booked and to Gabriela (I hope that is spelt right) who greeted us when we arrived and bought a lovely Teddy Bear for my Daughter when we left, thank you once again. It is very sunny and calm and it is still warm in September. It is Sardinia. The seaview provides air conditionner ( with supplement) so I recommend to ask it in your enquiry in the high season. There is the ground level option ( not advertised here): it is not warm and is a very alternative option to the seaview and nearer to the beach. Greetings to Janet and Lottie.

Dear Marco, me and my wife Heike have been third time at Solanas - but first time in your fantastic cottage. For us it`s a famous place to chill out. Your cottage is very nice and cultivated with an unforgettable seaview.
We prefer to go by car to the beach in front of the albergo. Very practically are the fly-screens in the bedroom.
We`ll be back at Solanas in 2010. Thank you and your mother for the fantastic 2 weeks.
