Mr & Mrs. Davies - July 2006. Superbly renovated house, a real home from home. We relaxed on the patio looking at the beautiful view, sipping the odd glass of Montepulciano d'Abruzzo wine whilst watching the fabulous bird life pass by. A great place for a relaxing break. - Mr. & Mrs. Martin, Ruislip - April 2007 - 'Excellent' accommodation.

The farmhouse was accurately described as a 'home from home' being very clean and well equipped with everything you could want. It was also easy to keep cool at night with fans in each bedroom and shutters on the windows. We found it very relaxing both in terms of the peaceful location and the farmhouse itself.

You do definately need a car and while the steep drive down to the property was a little daunting at first we soon got used to it.

The owners customer service was excellent, offering us a meet and greet service from Pescara airport and the option of a welcome pack - both of which we were very grateful for as we arrived in the dark.

We also made good use of the information available at the farmhouse, visiting the local town of Penne, Atri and also the beach at Pescara which was very sandy with plenty of parking, cafes and toilet facilities.
