A romantic private detached Villa set in spacious grounds providing a panoramic view over the villa's and neighbouring olive groves. Surrounding the villa are fruit trees of plum, apricot, peach and low-quat all of which are available to our guests for picking if ripe at the time of their visit. The villa is situated just 3km away from the famous White City (Ostuni) and 10km from the beaches and craggy inlets of Puglia's Adriatic coast. From the villa the town of Caravigno can be seen nestling on the crown of a hill , in the evening Caravigno lights up and provides an interesting backdrop, when relaxing with your preferred tipple, in the evening on one of the Villa's terraces, (particularly the roof top terrace)The villa is situated within easy reach of many of Puglia's historic towns and tourist attractions. If golf is your sport, Puglia also has some interesting and challenging courses.

The Villa is situated on its own grounds of 2 hectares on a slight rise providing a panoramic view to the south over the olive groves. Within a short drivie are many of the historic centres of Alberobello, Fasano, Tranto, Foggia, Lecce and many more. The villa is approximately 25 km from Brindisi and 70km from Bari where the major airports and ferry ports for Puglia are situated. There are a number of golf courses within reach of the Villa. The courses are all quite different in character and are a pleasure for golfers of every standard, with a steady prevailing breeze adding to the challenge. Please view the golf section for details.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Book a consecutive second week and receive a 10% discount on the cost of the second week or lowest rated week.

    The above rates include cleaning, laundry, electricity, gas and local arrangements to meet and introduce you to the Villa's facilities/settle into the villa. Additional services are available i.e. pre-arranged shopping; meet and greet at Airport, logs for fire in winter , these services incur an additional charge payable locally.

    Christmas and/or New Year Holiday periods may be available please request details.
    Should you wish to take a short break please contact us for further information.
  • The November to March rental rates include gas for central heating, logs for the fire can be purchased locally and arranged during or prior to your holiday period.

    A deposit of 30% of the total cost of your holiday will be required to secure your reservation and we will forward to you a proforma invoice for the balance nearer the date of your final payment. The total cost of your holiday should be paid no later than 8 weeks before commencement of your holiday.

    Upon receipt of full payment for your holiday we will provide you with a comprehensive information pack containing local information, directions and contact numbers of people and services to assist you as required during your holiday.

    A refundable security deposit of €200 in cash is payable locally on arrival this is to cover loss/none return of keys, damages, breakages or extra cleaning.

  • The large master bedroom delightfully decorated in white with cerise voile curtains, has a shower room and is furnished with a three door wardrobe, chest of drawers, large feather sofa, dining table, TV and DVD Player available, air conditioning unit , mosquito net and floor standing fan. On one wall there are 4, 8ft tall glass doors providing views from the bedroom. Double 1, decorated in cream, white and pale green, situated next to the family bathroom and furnished with two single beds (which can be rearranged into a King size double, please let us know in advance if you want this configuration), a two door wardrobe and chest of drawers and floor standing fan . Double 2, decorated in white and lemon, this is a small double room suitable for children, (though this can be rearranged into a kingsize double, if required), floor standing fan and storage cabinet. Linen baskets are placed in each room for your convenience. A cot and high chair/baby feeding chair are available

Notes: We have a portable 17ft pool, which we may be able to offer please contact us if this is a requirement. The separate Laundry room has an automatic washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothes airier and a pine table. The kitchen is well equipped and has an expanding kitchen table and 6 chairs should you wish to eat in the kitchen. The living room is comfortably furnished, with lounge seating for 7 people and a dining table with 6 chairs; TV and Xbox (which doubles as an additional DVD player). Please feel free to view the DVD collection (as many of these were gifts from friends please monitor what your children view). There are approximately four steps up to the Villa, however, if you require a ramp, we will try and assist, please advise us well in advance of your holiday or booking. Reference books, maps, recipes and language dictionaries are all available at the Villa

Horse Riding is available locally from 'Red Water' situated between Ostuni and Cisternino. Also locally is Zoo Safari and Theme Park at Fasano; signed from SS16 from Ostuni to Fasano.

Golf: There are a number of golf courses within reach of the Villa. The courses are all quite different in character and are a pleasure for golfers of every standard, with a steady prevailing breeze adding to the challenge. The closest golf courses to the Villa are San Dominico designed to USGA specifications, situated between the ancient Greek colony of Egnathia and the small fishing village of Savelletri and the Acaya Golf course located in the Lecce province; both golf courses are situated on the Adriatic's craggy coastline with stunning views from most if not all fairways. Further north there is the Barialto Golf course in Bari, this is approximately a 50 minute drive from the Villa. Whilst Riva dei Tassali and Metaponto golf courses are located within the Gulf of Taranto.

Tutto quello descritto sull'annuncio corrisponde al vero.
La villa è molto ampia sia all'interno che all'esterno. Sita in una posizione con un panorama incantevole. Confortevole e funzionale.
La consiglio vivamente a chi ama trascorrere le serate in piena tranquillità.
Un particolare apprezzamento alle persone che seguono i villeggianti che sono sempre gentili e disponibili.

The villa is very large both inside and outside. Set in a location with an enchanting panorama. Comfortable and functional.

very comfortable and clean house in a quiet setting with wonderfull surounding, and priviledge view .Helpfull wellcome from the italien housekeeper(the place is not easy to find the first time, best is to meet in town ).
Leanen and service perfect, a little cleaning of the surounding garden would be appreciated ,the workers and the painters left quite some litter around.
We also appreciated the numerous CDs and books left at our diposal.
All in all ,it was one of our best location ,and I don't hesitate to recommend it to anyone who isn't affraid of the outside night mosquitoes.
Owner's Response: Our villa has been completely redecorated throughout in early summer 2009, unfortunately we were not available to check the workers had removed their leftover materials. This has now been addressed with our Italian Manager.

We also supply mosquitoe deterrant candles for use inside and out. The Villa has mosquitoe screens which prevent the mosquitoes entering the Villa. However, we recognise there is no way to prevent mosquitoes in the evening when outside the Villa. Please ensure you carry appropriate mosquitoe deterrants.

We feel the feedback is extremely important as it assists us to improve our services for future clients.

Our family had a wonderful visit to Puglia, largely thanks to the comfort of your villa. Thankyou. You have made the villa very much home from home, and we absolutely loved everyting about it. We had the most relaxing time, and we loved Ostuni (once we got used to the driving!) It is like a fairy tale city, as was the whole area, with all the little trulli houses. The beaches were wonderful too. Thankyou so muchl
