Our house is situated in one of Salento’s most unspoilt and charming town; it is very close to the sea and to many of the interesting sites and treasures this region has to offer. There is a huge choice of sandy and rocky beaches within driving distance, to cater for all taste. The location is ideal for sightseeing throughout the year, the many nearby larger towns and smaller villages, which include Lecce, Otranto and Santa Maria di Leuca. The house, built in the 18th century, has been very recently redecorated to the highest standard, and it is beautifully maintained. It is set in an extremely quiet cull-de sac in the old part of town, within walking distance to shops, bars and a very well known restaurant. The private patio and roof-top terrace, with views of the sea, offer much privacy and peace and quite at all hours of the day and night. You will enjoy the famous local cuisine and you might want to cook yourself the wonderful local produce that are offered on your doorstep direct.
