Lovely house in quiet residential village, only 75 metres away from the sandy beach. Front garden with huge palm tree, parking space and porch, back garden with BBQ and outside shower. Ground floor; spacious living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and washing machine. 1st floor; one double bedroom with balcony, two twin bedrooms, bathroom with bath, toilet and bidet. Ideal for families with little children because of the quiet neighbourhood (no passing traffic) and beach at walking distance. More photo's available on request. Property manager speaks fluent English, German and Italian.

Stella di Mare is a lovely quiet village (residence) situated halfway between Cagliari (Sardinia's main town) and Villassimius in the south-east of Sardinia. Beautiful beaches, mountains en woods are all around. A variety of restaurants where typical Sardinian and/or Italian food is served are also at just a few minutes drive away from the village. The village has a restaurant, supermarket, wine shop, coffee bar, ice-cream salon and 3 tennis courts at 500 mtrs distance of the house.

  • In order to have your reservation accepted, the following terms of payment are required;
    Booking deposit: 30% of total sum. (total sum = rental rate + security deposit ad € 300,- + linen & towels)
    Balance of payment is due 8 weeks before arrival.
    Security deposit is refunded via bank transfer within 4 weeks after checkout less costs of final cleaning ad €55,-damages (if any) and electricity ad € 0,35 per Kw.
    Cancellation refunds:
    Booking deposit is not refundable
    up to 8 weeks - no cancellation charge.
    6-8 weeks - 50% of total sum minus booking deposit refunded.
    3-5 weeks - 25% of total sum minus booking deposit refunded.
    Less than 3 weeks - no refund.
  • Gas and water are included. electricity 0,35 euro per Kw.
    Linen and towels optional & on request.
    Linen 15,- euro p/p p/w.
    Towels 10,- euro p/p p/w.
  • for every day more than the week (or the two or three weeks) of your stay, a 1/7 part of the week price is added. For example; a 10 day stay will cost 1 week + 3/7 of the week.
