Notes to the rental rates

  • In order to have reservation accepted, the following term of payment are required: booking deposit 30 % of total sum (total sum = rental rate + security deposit ad 300 € + linen + towels ). Balance of payment is due 8 weeks prior the arrival. Security deposit is refunded at the day of departure, less cost of final cleaning ad €50, electricity and (eventual) damages. Cancellation refund: booking deposit is not refundable up to 8 weeks - no cancellation charge. From 6 to 8 weeks: 50% of total sum minus booking deposit refunded. From 3 to 5 weeks : 25% of total sum minus booking deposit refund. Less than 3 weeks. No refund .
    Gas and water are included, electricity 0,30 € per Kw. Linen and towels on request. Linen 12,50 € p.p. - p.w.. Towels 7,50 € p.p. - p.w.. For every added day beyond the week (or the 2 or the three weeks) of your staying, a 1/7 part of the week price will be added. e.g. a 10 day staying will cost 1 week + 3/7 of the week.
