Photos and Description of this Venice Lido holiday house 3 bedrooms + a sofabed = sleeps 8. 1 bathroom

A two-family villa in an elegant central, quiet street of Lido. Lido, The Golden Island, with its lovely Liberty villas is a few minutes ride by vaporetto (our water bus) from St. Mark's and historic Venice. Lido is linked to the airport by shuttle boat, to the train station by vaporetto and by ferry (every 50 minutes - Euro 15/20) from the mainland by car. I'll be specific and helpful on request. The apartment is (135 sq. mts = 1200 sq. ft.), sunny, centrally located, and fully equipped. 3 double bedrooms, a double sofabed in the spacious living room, eat-in kitchen, bathroom with hydro massage tub air conditioners satellite TV all modern appliances, one has a terrace and the other a small garden. In Venice and its lagoon there is a lot to see and to do but... day trips to Verona, Lake Garda, The Alps, Florence, etc. are possible. Maps, info and assistence provided. All my guests have written enthusiastically about the apartments and their location, I'm sure you'll agree.

Family holiday in August

We really liked the location of the property. The apartment was clean and spacious for us, a family of 6 (4 children aged 1, 3, 8 and 10). It was close to the beach, park, shops and restaurants. The owners were very friendly and helpful. We stayed here in August and were plagued by moskitos, so bring protection. Also I would recommend bringing some DVDs or CDs as there is a CD player as well as a DVD player, but no CDs or DVDs to play other than Italian. No need to bring too many guide books as there are quite a few left by other people in the flat. The hydro massage tub as is advertised did not work, so I would not choose the property for this criteria...
Owner's Response: "The apartment was (and is) clean and spacious... close to the beach, park, shops and restaurants.... the owners very friendly and helpful" .... this is what the tenant says.

I add: convenient for shopping, exploring Venice and the Islands of the lagoon, with useful air conditioners, satellite TV and all kinds of other modern appliances... all this for a very reasonable rent.

For the other comments........ sorry, .... minor temporary solvable-solved inconveniencies.
