100 year old Italian style property situated in the stunning Abruzzo region of central Italy, close to the Gran Sasso mountains and the golden sandy beaches of the Adriatic. With an open fireplace and vaulted ceilings the original character of the villa has been retained. All the old Pine furniture has been shipped from Hungary which gives the house a rustic feel and is in keeping with the style of the property. Villa Bozza is close to local shops and restaurants. You can access the villa by flying to Rome (2 hours), Ancona (80 mins) and Pescara (40 mins).

The Location of the villa is in a small village called Villa Bozza. There is one restaurant, a bar, a post office and a baker. Within 1 mile (walking distance) there is a supermarket and butcher. The medieval town of Atri is 15 minutes away and is steeped in history. There are National Parks to explore for keen walkers, skiing or snowboarding in the mountains about 1 1/2 hrs away. The nearest beach is Pineto which is 20 mins drive. There is also horse riding nearby.

There are a collection of games and books in the pine dresser in the kitchen. The kitchen if fully equipped with everything you will need for experimenting with Italian cuisine!
