Villa Mandriola is on two plans: -the ground floor is formed from a large charming corridor that leads to: a library, a dining room, an entrance hall, at 2 large sitting rooms, a large well-equipped kitchen with real fireplace, laundry room and a bath; -the first floor is composed from 2 double bedrooms, 2 twin rooms, 2 single bedrooms, 4 bathrooms with bath and showers. Most of the charming and comfortable rooms are covered by 16th century frescoes. Villa Mandriola, thanks to its history, style and setting, guarantees a unique hospitality that has a little in common with other holiday Villas of the region. Notes to the rental rates

• The above rental prices (charged up to 10 people) are per week or per night for short break and are all sub-divided according to the rental seasons. Additional rooms (two twin rooms) are available in the Villa: The price is of 45euro per person per night or 200euro per person a week.
  - RATES INCLUDE: bed linen, bath and kitchen towels, water, electricity, gas, wireless internet access, cleaning lady (morning housekeeping few hours, doing beds), maintenance of the garden and pool, baby bed, high chair and we will give you whatever aid and advice you feel you need.
  - RATES NOT INCLUDE: refundable security deposit (800euro), heating, additional beds (if exceeded the capacity of 10), final cleaning (200euro weekly), phone upon consumption, and pets to be paid in cash on the premises.
  - BOOKING: 50% of rent is to be paid at the moment of booking as deposit. On receipt of the deposit the booking is definitively confirmed. The remainder is due upon arrival.
  
• - SECURITY DEPOSIT: upon arrival we ask our guests to give us 800euro (or a credit card) as refundable deposit for any damage or breakage which may occur during their stay. When you departure the money (or credit card) will be given back, unless it has to be used partly or fully for any damage.
  - CANCELLATION by the client: Once the booking is confirmed, if you have to cancel it, we will proceed in this way: - up to 120 days before rental period: 30 % of the deposit; - up to 90 days before rental period: 60 % of the deposit; - up to 60 days before rental period: 90 % of the deposit; - otherwise (less than 31 days before rental period) 100 % of the deposit.
  - CHANGEOVER DAY, arrival and departure: we consider reservations from Saturday to Saturday but we also consider short stay with a minimum of 2 nights during low seasons. Unless otherwise agreed, the check-in is between 3pm to 8pm and the Check-out by 10am.
  
• - EXTRA SERVICES AVAILABLE with extra charges: extra linen and towels change, extra domestic help, washing and ironing, babysitting, continental breakfast, massages, manicure, first-day shopping, private chef, chauffeur, welcome food basket, meal on your first evening, wood for fireplace, farm products, wine and food testing, cooking and painting lessons, pets allowed, airport transfers, driver, daily tours to cities and wine tours or testing, and wedding planner.
  - ACTIVITIES AVAILABLE IN THE ESTATE: the estate grounds are also ideal for country walks, jogging, trekking and cycling as it extents over acres and acres of land; guests are also welcome to play Badminton, ping-pong or Fishing in the large private lake (inside the parkland) surrounded by hills...

Each field is located in different landscapes, from the hills to the plain, providing a high range of difficulty levels and panoramas to enjoy.
